Results of Steam Next Fest and plans for the future
5 days agoHi Everyone! We’d like to thank everyone who played our game during Steam Next Fest! The event turned out to be an incredible success for us!- Our wishlists increased 5.5x- 3,000 people played our game.- The median playtime was 1 hour and 1 minute.- We received tons of incredibly valuable feedback.Our plans for a future.We've collected and analysed the feedback, and we're currently working on the most important improvements. Our main priority right now is improving the onboarding experience and making the game easier to learn for new players.Once that's sorted out, we'll focus on expanding the game:- Increase the number of missions to 20.- Add more fortifications, units, weapons, and a significantly expanded progression tree.- Introduce more playable nations. One of our biggest priorities is making sure each nation feels different to play.We're aiming for a January 2027 release, but there's a chance we might need more time. We want to release a game we're 100% happy with rather than rush it out.What's your opinion? If development takes longer than expected, would you prefer us to:-delay the release and launch the complete game with all planned nations?-release on schedule with fewer nations and add the remaining ones later through free updates?
