About this game

A relaxing game about space exploration that can be played full screen or at the bottom of your screen. Trade, fight, mine and salvage your way through a procedurally generated galaxy. Let the game idle while your autopilot handles business and builds your fortune.

Got this game a few days ago and really enjoying it. It's very much Eve-Lite, but that's a good thing. Eve is like a full time job, this is fun, and casual. I love the AFK auto grind feature. I'm several days in and still finding new things to work on. I'm obsessed with leveling up, exploring the galaxy, getting better ships and gear, and solving the quests. Highly recommend this game to everyone. For the developers... a few requests... 1) Bookmarks: Would love a way to bookmark locations. Stations, gates, etc. It would help keep track of things I need to do. 2) Ability to scrap or remove old ships. 3) Ability to dismiss crew members. 4) Ability to mark items in cargo to not be removed. I have modules I want to stay with a ship, but the autopilot AI keeps moving then to storage when running AFK. 5) More options for AFK AI. Use or don't use fuel, restocking levels for ammo, mining/salvage options (a couple AFK sessions stalled because the AI couldn't find things to do). Thanks!

I'm hoping to give a better review than the other ones that I've seen here that seem to be positive without giving any useful information. This game is trying to be an idle and casual / simplified version of Eve Online. I've tried all 3 initially available playstyles: mining / combat / salvaging, and honestly: they all seem to play the same. You go to a hub (space station), dock, go to the mission board, grab a quest, open your map, fast travel to that place, then either mine / salvage / kill any amount until you get the quest done, then go back to the station, turn in the quest, gain a minute amount of XP / money / faction reputation, then....do it again until you're the next level to go to the next sector to do it again, but the level is +1 now. Clearly, the game is not shy about being an idler because when the gameplay loop is that repetitive, you're gonna want it to play by itself. It's not that that in itself is the problem, but rather that you're constantly asking what am I working towards? A bigger ship? A main storyline / quest? Just to get to the highest level and see what lies beyond? Maybe the first few hours are just way too slow because I'm not sure where all of this is going, and when you have 10 hours into a game and you're still wondering what am I doing here?, then maybe the game needs to be re-examined a bit. There IS huge potential for this to become a great, huge, tremendous game and it CAN become fantastic, but currently it oozes "Early Access" where even the skill tree has 3 tiers and "REST TO BE ADDED", so all I can do for now is also wait for the game to maybe get to that level, but it's not here now.
