The only thing I think it is lacking is a little more details in terms of what is available in the tutorial page, maybe like an icon key so you know what all the symbols mean or a bit more details on how survivor numbers impact the job they do and what, if anything, can change that like gear or the more time they spend on a job will increase their proficiency or something of the like if that is even available. It just feels like there is a bit of a gap in knowledge and it seems like it's more trial and error on what works and what doesn't.
My Shelter
by Fantasy Tree
Media
My Shelter tasks you with managing a post-apocalyptic bunker through interconnected systems: research technologies, cultivate crops, breed livestock, and recruit survivors to expand your operation. The game runs passively in a corner window while you work, letting you gradually unlock mines, craft gear, and defend against threats, though the early progression involves substantial manual crafting before automation kicks in. It appeals to idle game fans seeking longer-term engagement without interrupting their day, though expect some onboarding friction and translation rough edges.
About this game
A bottom-screen idle game that won't disrupt your work or study. Research tech, farm crops, raise animals, recruit survivors, unlock mines, hunt mutants, fend off aberrations, gear up your squad, craft with machinery, repair the rocket, build your shelter—and conquer the apocalypse!

There is no tutorial except a few screenshots and badly translated "do this, then do this...off you go".
There is almost no automation, which means when tools/weapons break, you will constantly be crafting base materials, to then craft low level items, to farm the materials you need to make new higher level items...its just tedious. Its not the satisfying second monitor game I thought it'd be. Needs a lot of work and quality of life improvements.
discovered that it could be moved to another( I have 2) monitor and it was running well at the time. first mistake...the game then disabled everything except right clicking to "move the terrain (aka the p.o.v. for the game)".
when starting it out, the tutorials where nowhere/cease to exist so trying to figure out the shop was a challenge. second mistake. Ended up at a "permanent soft lock" in the game where I couldn't pick up anything or do anything to change my characters.
if this game is to survive it needs to get ALOT OF CHANGES, patches, and field test to make it work. sadly until then... I wouldn't recommended getting this.
