Mine raw materials and assemble them into finished goods across an expanding factory as you hire goblin workers and automate production chains. Quest Industries delivers the core satisfaction of incremental growth—watching your operation scale from a single worker to an industrial complex—compressed into a focused, completable experience. Best for players who enjoy factory management and progression loops without overwhelming complexity.

There's no tutorial. The UX is not great and it uses non-standard controls. The starting inventory is so small that you can't even carry enough of the resources for more than one thing (stack sizes are 16 and one of the starting techs costs 30 and the other costs, IIRC, 10 of one and 30 of another). Building structures requires you to drop the resources on the ground rather than actually delivering them. Overall, this game is a bit a of a mess. It needs a QoL pass and some proper playtesting and iteration. Maybe there's a good game buried in there somewhere, but I couldn't be bothered to dig for it.
The latest build 17491883 introduce a big change to the upgrade of buildings. Major Changes - Removed the purchasing of upgrades level caps - Now each building has an elemental type among Air, Fire, Water, Lightning. Each building also has an influence pattern of surrounding slots each with a preference for an elemental type. Placing a building of the corresponding type in the appropriate slot upgrades the building. - Each building now can be interacted with showing a UI that reports the current level, production per second and enabled the relocation of the building Minor Changes - Level up visual effects and sounds - Volume sliders Fixes - Fixed the gathering tool not colliding with gatherables on certain occasions.
Demo Hotfix - Build 17458302 - Added a setting to enable/disable the screen shake effect - Added a setting to enable/disable the fullscreen window mode - Fixed the mouse drift bug that happened when in build mode Thank you for your support in providing precious feedback.
