Gaia Maker lets you terraform barren planets into thriving ecosystems by adjusting temperature, atmosphere, and other planetary systems based on real physics. You can guide simple life forms through evolution, nurture civilizations to space-faring status, or orchestrate conflicts between species. The core loop of environmental manipulation and watching life adapt appeals to fans of old-school simulation games, though some find the late-game progression feels overly automatic once conditions stabilize.

i spent an hour carefully making a snowball into a garden and another hour watching elephants learn to space. it feels a little too balanced (i did not have to touch any sliders once i was ready for civilization) and by the time my elephants achieved self-sufficiency my 13.5c world only got a degree hotter. i still like the terraforming loop

Fun little remake of Planet sim from the 90s. The multi-species war mechanics are cool! I hope the developer will expand this game as it has a real solid base!

Cute little game. Still inferior to SimEarth, a game from 1990.
