About This Game

Paperwork is a first-person office-building incremental game where you optimize an office to generate more and more money. Step into the office of Clarity, become a productive worker and watch profits grow.

Cool concept, very satisfying to progress through, but gets pretty simple at the end. You're just stacking combo bonuses so as long as you can get the x40+ support areas its easy to complete. Took 3.8 hours to 100% full achievements, which doesn't meet my 1$ per hour goal of enjoyment but still a fun way to burn an afternoon.

Pretty good short 3D incremental game. It would be interesting to see a tycoon-incremental hybrid built around this idea.

As always. TL;DR at the end. This game is really good! It's not at all that difficult and it's quite fun to play, trying to maximise your profits in each room, or building so you can add a certain support room. It's not a particularly long game, I'm at the end after only 3 hours (it will probably take me another 3 to complete the last level lol) so I do wish there was more to it, but you can't argue for the price. The music isn't annoying and tbh I didn't really notice it, it's subtle. Gameplay is very simple and you really don't need to do too much "clicking" once you start placing desks (unless you don't pay attention to the synergies). The mechanics are really good and it requires a little thinking and planning to maximise your profits, not Satisfactory level but just enough. All in all I can highly recommend it for a time killer for a few hours at it's current price (£3.39 I paid). PROS -Not much manual clicking needed -Good level design -Easy to understand -Not too difficult to play -When you rebind controls the UI actually shows the buttons you chose! -Plenty of upgrades CONS -Quite short to get to the end (3hrs it took me after playing the demo for about 15mins, not "fully" completed yet but could "soft" complete) -Controls don't always show up (nothing in settings for the value?? machine, default for it is "C" but there's no option to set a button for demote one person or change that default) -Bit too much walking around (whilst it is pretty fast, some of it feels like a filler) Can't think of much else to write but will add some if I do (and if I ever get the balance on the last level!) TL;DR Great value for money Not too long (can be a good or bad thing) Not too difficult Some controls can't be rebound Not much manual clicking required
