Idle Realms: Rise applies D&D 5e mechanics to an auto-battler where you design and equip a character while combat resolves automatically across nine zones of escalating difficulty. With 188 creatures, 147 items, and skills to develop, you'll spend time optimizing builds and watching your character fight solo—all without paywalls or ads.

Update: Merchant, guilds, transfer codes and loadouts

This update adds the first social features to Idle Realms: Rise, plus a daily merchant and full loadouts. Everything except guilds and transfer codes still works offline. You may need to restart your Steam client if the download is not immediately available. Added Merchant (Skills tab): new stock every day at 00:00 UTC. He sells one item you don't own yet, 5 Rare Fragments for your current zone and 40 meals, and buys up to 4 lots of two materials per day. Prices follow your level and change a little every day. Guilds (Pass tab): create or join a guild of up to 30 players. Every member's kills count toward a weekly goal of 1,500 kills per member. When the goal is met, each member claims 1 raid key and 150 season XP. Resets every Thursday at 00:00 UTC. Transfer code (Config): move your save between Steam, Android and iPhone with an 8-letter code. It lasts 24 hours and works once. Progress travels; purchases stay with each store account. Loadouts: presets now also save your combat style, prayer, zone, target and active skill, so one tap takes you from boss farming to skill training. Animated combat: your hero and the monster now react to every hit, and a heavy hit shakes the screen. Improved Hardcore: a warning shows when the current enemy's heavy hits can get past Autoeat. Guild names can be reported from the guild list. Thanks for playing, and keep the feedback coming.

Update: Codex, stats, auto backups and Hardcore mode

This update comes from a long look at what players of idle RPGs ask for most, and what they complain about most. Codex The Collection on your character sheet is now a full Codex. It shows your completion percentage across monsters, items and pets, and for each zone it lists the items you have found, how many times you have defeated each monster, and the zone's chance to drop an item. Statistics and recent events Also on the character sheet: A statistics panel: monsters defeated, deaths, bosses defeated, gold from kills, items found, time in game, rebirths and highest level. A log of your last 60 events, with date and time: level-ups, new items, pets, first wins against zone bosses, and deaths. On existing saves, gold, bosses, items and time start counting from this update. Combat rate The combat card now shows your estimated XP per hour, gold per hour and the time left to your next level. Foundry search and lock You can search the Foundry list by name across every tier. Tap the padlock on an item to lock it: locked items are never melted, not by "Melt all outdated" and not by the offline salvage. Automatic backups Every 20 minutes the game keeps a copy of your current slot, up to the 3 most recent. If something goes wrong, restore one from Config. Backups stay on your computer and do not use your Steam Cloud space. Hardcore mode Start a Hardcore character from Config. One death ends the run, offline included, and there are no automatic backups. While you play it, your name on the boss rankings carries a ☠️. There is no bonus: it is just the challenge. Fixes Erasing your save no longer resets the language and volume.

Small fixes: magic school cost and enemy list

Magic school Changing your magic school costs 1000 gold from level 30 onward, and it is free before that. The game never said so: if you were short on gold, tapping another school simply did nothing. The Runecrafter card now shows the cost right above the schools, and highlights it when you cannot afford the change. Enemy list On phones, enemies with several badges (danger, heavy hit, alignment bonus, resistance) had their name squeezed until it broke letter by letter. The badges now wrap onto a second line and the name keeps its space.

Posts come from Steam's official announcements feed.
