Lootborne combines autobattler mechanics with dark fantasy loot progression, where you assemble a character, collect gear drops, and climb through PvE stages while battles resolve themselves at screen's edge. Async PvP duels let you test your builds against other players' teams, making it appealing to those who enjoy strategic team composition and incremental power growth without constant active input.

20,000 wishlists reached, 20,000 warriors ready for battle! In exactly eleven days Lootborne will be released. Our journey through the land will begin, and many of us, sadly, will never return. Such is the life of a warrior. But today... today we gather around the campfire one last time, raising our swords to the sky: 20,000 brave souls celebrating the coming of war. You truly are something to behold! {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/46123657/c8f10d08f02a7e68d543daf7879a91fdf42e2a71.png Thank you for answering the call. It's coming.
Greetings, adventurers. The road ahead is finally clear: Lootborne will release on Steam on September 14, 2026. After the battles of Steam Next Fest, your feedback, your support, and more than a few encounters with Bifidus, we’re ready to take the next step toward the full game. As previously announced, we are also now removing the demo from Steam alongside this news. Development has moved forward quickly, and now our focus is fully on the release version. Thank you to everyone who played, shared feedback, reported issues, and helped us shape what Lootborne is becoming. September 14 is near. Sharpen your blades. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/46123657/c2b9231ebbbf6817639b3b5e4129eb7eeeb37e68.png PS: soon we'll share a list of new features you'll find in the game at launch, a roadmap for future implementations, and details about how the Steam Market will work
Great news, adventurers Next week, we’ll announce the release date for Lootborne! The day after the announcement, we’ll also take the demo down from Steam 🥲 . The demo was originally supposed to disappear at the end of Steam Next Fest, but after seeing your support and listening to your feedback, we decided to keep it online and playable for longer. Now development is moving fast, and the demo no longer reflects the current state of the game. To focus properly on the full release, it’s time for us to remove it. As a sign of appreciation to the players who joined us during the demo season, we’ll grant two special badges in the full game. Badges are a new feature we’re introducing at launch: one will be given to everyone who tried the demo, and one to those who defeated Bifidus. So if you still want to try it, or get one last run in before it disappears, now is the time. Be brave: Bifidus was only the lowest rank in his confederacy...
