The time management is so strict that it feels less like my decisions matter and more like i need to follow a set out path each and every time or else i'm just wasting my time and will need to burn through that time to get back to where i was.

Not really an idle game. Its Time mangagment game. The reincarnation mechanic on each level caps out really fast and its not really that impactufull. With everything unlocked some ending are secods aways from failing.

Most of the intertesing stuff happens during when you first come to level and you need to explore it. Then the puzzle part comes as some level endings are easier then others and you need to plan your route to get to the end fast as possible.

Thanks everyone for the feedback and support during the first week! it's shaped this update, which focuses on improving the Shadow Skills from Chapter Memories.1. New Shadow Skill : Shadow DecoyFor those finding the game too demanding, you can now spend Chapter Memories to deploy a Shadow Decoy that stalls enemies, giving you a little more breathing room. That said, the core design still rewards finding and executing the right path without relying on it. Honestly, that's the more satisfying way to play. 2. Shadow Scout is now easier to seeExploration is central to the game, and Shadow Scout marks actions that have follow up actions chained behind them. The icon was easy to miss, so it now also displays a Scout Line extending from the source action, making it much clearer that there's more to follow. 3. Shadow Slave now supports multi-action queuingShift + Middle Click any action and Shadow Slave will automatically queue all actions along the way. Critical Gameplay Bug Fixes

This update addresses two serious bugs that could cause you to lose the game through no fault of your own. strongly recommend updating before your next play. I'm really sorry for any frustration these issues may have caused. Time Warp Bug Using Time Warp was accidentally speeding up enemies and resource generators instead of only affecting the intended targets. The more you used it, the worse it got. Enemies would arrive earlier and earlier, eating into your available play time. This has now been corrected so Time Warp only does what it's supposed to. Chapter 7 Final Secret A balance misconfiguration made it impossible to unlock Chapter 7's final secret through normal gameplay. This has been fixed and it's now fully reachable the way it was intended. Other Changes Chapter Memory actions no longer affect resource generators. Some Chapter 7 actions now use total less time. Fixed multiple typos found throughout the game. NOTE: Every ending and secret in this game should be completable without relying on bonus of Chapter Memories. If you find anything that feels gated or unreachable through normal play, please let me know. Thank you all for the feedback and support!
