Boring. Upgrades split int rooms? Why? You grind money to unlock "rooms" what makes "upgrades" not fun... Also upgraddes are like "more money", "more size", "damage"...
There is one GIGANTIC skill tree that branches several times, the prestige loop is built-in to all the branching skill trees (no prestige in the traditional sense). You spawn in, one square black screen that never changes, you suck up ghosts with your vacuum cleaner. That's the game in a nutshell. The whole way through, you might pickup some new skills but the map never changes, the sounds never change, the sound effects and music get old after about 10-20 minutes.
Very boring to 100%, at least it's only $3.99.
Might be fun for a kid around Halloween, keep them entertained for a little bit.
After some feedback from the community I've fixed some issues: - Find all Jumboo achievement should now trigger for everyone (anyone that can't trigger it may have to start again to trigger it. Apologies!) - Fixed issue where buttons in main menu wouldn't work for some unless language was changed - UI fixed for Ultra widescreen users That's all for now! Next update will be adding some more detailed icons and some optimisation for the upgrade screen.
The demo for A Game about Sucking (up Ghosts in a Vacuum) is out now! In it you'll find tons of ghosts to suck up and many upgrades to buy. The demo features 2 Ghost artifacts and 2 Ghost sucking tools to find as well. Try to find them all on the sprawling upgrade tree!The first tool is the Ghost Trap. It's placed at intervals wherever your cursor is and sucks up any ghosts around until it runs out of power! Make sure to upgrade it to get the most out of it!Enjoy the demo!
