Drill Deep Playtest Is Live — New Perks, Automatons, and El!Hello, miners!It's time to head underground again. A new Drill Deep playtest is now live, with more ways to build your run, new mechanical helpers, and some unpleasant discoveries waiting below.Here’s what’s new:⚒️ New perk system Choose perks as you level up, combine their effects, and experiment with builds for your pickaxe, autodrill, and automatons. We want each run to feel different — tell us which combinations you enjoy!🤖 New automatons Flying and spider automatons join your mining crew. Take your new helpers underground and put them to work.🌋 Lava and mushroom biome updates Both biomes now have new resources and interactive blocks. Watch out for burning blocks, unsettling fungal growths, and spore debuffs as you dig deeper.👁️ New monsters and enemy variants We've added new creatures, improved existing monsters, and introduced variants across monster tiers. The depths have grown a few more teeth.🌀 Corruption and status effects This build introduces the corruption system alongside a new status effect system.🔧 Fixes based on your feedback We've addressed bugs reported in the demo, including issues with automatons, Story Mode, and more.
