When attempting to evolve your civilization, the game will now calculate your current production and projected upkeep costs after evolution, then provide a warning if necessary.Added a new technology: Ideological System, located in the third tier of the Initial Civilization.Added a new background music track for the Primitive Civilization stage and a "Next Track" button to the music player.Increased the effectiveness of all first-tier basic resource technologies by 5%.Buffed Pasture.
