October 28 - Fishing Update A new way to fish, bait, new gear to earn, and a new face in the Village. Fishing Rework & New Fishing Mode: World Idle Fishing Fishing gets a fresh look with animated reels, struggling fish, splashes and wriggling catches—all visible to nearby players. Settle beside the Farm pond, Village pond or Village lake with Idle Fishing. Catch fish automatically while you stay online, alongside your existing automatic fishing slots. See your catches, Fishing XP and bait used during each session, with a summary when you finish. Prefer a hands-on catch? Active Fishing keeps its perfect catches, Active Fishing XP and exclusive encounters. Both modes now feature two-handed casting and reeling, swimming fish silhouettes, splashes and fish that wriggle on the line. Watch for the ! and listen for the bite cue. Meet FinnFind Finn outside the Fisherman’s hut in the Village. Visit his shop for bait, a starter rod and fishing cosmetics, or take on his quests and weekly fish orders. Complete orders to earn Village reputation and bait rewards.Exchange your crafted bait through Finn’s quests to try stronger varieties.Follow your quests in the Quest Log and mini tracker.Unlock Blue, Green and Purple Angler outfits, plus a matching cosmetic rod. Reputation earned total unlocks these purchases; it is not spent when you buy them. Choose your baitCraft bait in Crafting → Other, or buy packs from Finn. Each recipe makes 20 bait, with three tiers available at Crafting levels 1, 15 and 30. Sweet Bait: a chance to catch an extra ordinary fish in Active or Idle Fishing.Speed Bait: faster reeling in Active Fishing and shorter catch times in Idle Fishing.Gel Bait: a larger catching bar in Active Fishing.Calm Bait: slower tension gain in Active Fishing. Halloween Has Arrived in Upgradia!6 October–6 November Meet Jack the Pumpkin Keeper at the Farm, carve your own pumpkin, collect Halloween cosmetics and help build a bonfire for server-wide XP bonuses.Carve a Pumpkin to KeepClaim a free Blank Pumpkin and create your own design.Choose different pumpkin shapes, colours and carving styles.Light your finished pumpkin and keep it as a unique decoration for your home.Submit a copy to the rotating Farm display while keeping your original.Download a miniature PNG of your creation. Meet JackJack the Pumpkin Keeper needs your help with his Lantern Emergency. Gather supplies, carve a lit pumpkin and contribute to the bonfire to earn his Thank-You Lantern.Track your progress through the Quest Log and mini tracker. You can also visit the Village Smith, Crafter and Chef for daily trick-or-treating. Build the Community BonfireDonate Twigs, Coal and Logs to grow the Farm’s shared bonfire through 20 stages.The fire starts with a +3% XP bonus and can reach double XP for the server. Fuel burns down gradually, so keep contributing to maintain the bonus.Contributions can award Gold and Candy. Check your payout before donating and claim additional Candy rewards as the server reaches bonfire milestones. Guild fixesFixed Guild XP awards to match the guild guide: 1 XP for chat per 60 seconds, 1% of combat kill XP, and 5 XP for Trading Post purchases / 10 XP for sales.
