Idle of the Dead is a minimalist zombie RPG that runs as a narrow window above your taskbar, letting you manage survivors and scavenge resources while multitasking. Between looting scrap, forging equipment, unlocking abilities, and prestiging for permanent upgrades, you'll gradually push through four difficulty tiers as your team battles an endless horde. It's designed for players who want a low-attention grind that doesn't demand constant engagement, though you can pop into fullscreen when major bosses emerge.
