Thank you to everyone playing the demo during Next Fest. A common note from playtesters: it was hard to tell when the hole had grown big enough to eat the next kind of matter. This update answers that, and fixes a few things you reported.A new colour for every new mealEach time your hole grows big enough to eat a new kind of matter, the camera pulls back with a small jolt and the glowing ring around the hole takes a new colour. It starts violet, then moves through blue, cyan, green and yellow toward a deep orange as the hole grows larger.Between those steps the camera holds still, so you see the hole fill more of the screen with every bite.Upgrade levels at a glanceUpgrades with more than one level now carry a ring around their icon, one segment per level. Each level you buy fills a segment, so the tree shows what is left to buy without hovering.FixesA fresh install now opens in dark mode with the volume at 100%. Your saved settings stay as they are.During a run and in the upgrade tree, the mouse stays on the game's screen. If an overlay or another app releases it, the game locks it again the moment it reaches the edge. The main menu and the pause screen leave it free.Windowed mode at your monitor's full resolution opens as a maximized window, with its title bar and your taskbar in view.Infall launches November 10, 2026. Wishlist it and Steam will tell you the day it launches.
The Infall demo now speaks 30 languages. Twenty-two new ones join the eight it launched with, and the full game launches with all thirty on November 10.All thirtyEnglish · Türkçe · Deutsch · Français · Español (España) · Español (Latinoamérica) · Português (Brasil) · Português (Portugal) · Русский · Українська · 简体中文 · 繁體中文 · 日本語 · 한국어 · Polski · Italiano · Nederlands · Čeština · Magyar · Română · Svenska · Dansk · Norsk bokmål · Suomi · Ελληνικά · Български · ไทย · Tiếng Việt · Bahasa Indonesia · العربيةThe game starts in English. Pick your language under Settings > Interface > Language and the whole game switches on the spot, upgrade tree included.Arabic gets a right-to-left interface, and Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Thai each get a font made for their own script.Spotted a translation mistake?Thirty languages is a lot of text, and some lines will sound off to a native speaker: a stiff phrase, a wrong word, a label too long for its box. If you spot one, please tell us in the Discussions section of the Infall community hub. Name your language and the line, and add a screenshot if you can. We read every report and fix what you find.Infall launches November 10, 2026. The demo update promised before Next Fest is live. Most of it comes from what you wrote on the discussion board and in reviews, and from watching people play: thank you.A longer demoThe demo now runs through the first six rings of the upgrade tree, about half an hour of play. The hole grows big enough for asteroids, and the Relativistic Jet joins your abilities.Abilities that go where the matter isSwarm. The mini-holes keep everything they catch and carry it all the way home.Relativistic Jet. Each shot fires down the line holding the most matter.Wormhole. The second mouth opens on the biggest crowd, pulls it in and swallows it, and the whole crowd comes out next to you.Time Bubble. Time stops over a crowd: everything inside freezes in place and glows. Steer into it and it melts three times faster. The upgrade that pays a bonus on your 100th swallow of a run now shows that bonus, big, the moment it lands. Two new endingsBuy out the demo tree, then play one more run to see the new ending. After that, keep playing: a hidden ending waits a little further on. Found it? We would love to see your clip.FixesThe mouse stays inside the game window during a run, on any number of monitors.Switching the window mode is gentler on multi-monitor setups.
