Soda Dungeon 2 is a dungeon crawler built around idle progression, where you manage a party of adventurers, upgrade your town, and craft gear while the game runs in the background. The sequel expands the original with new classes, alternate dimensions, and a balanced difficulty curve that avoids heavy pay-to-win pressure. It's ideal for players who enjoy semi-idle RPGs with room for manual control and long-term optimization.

Soda Dungeon 1 is one of the best idle/semi-idle games I've ever played. I was somewhat heavily involved in the beta for #2 and I have been waiting half a year for it to come out.
The dev is a great guy. Has a wife and kid or two. He's worked hard on this fantastic game and I'm really happy to be able to play the full game now. It's going to be great. If you like silly RPG's and/or idle-games (you only really need to idle at the end game stuff) give it a try, support a nice indie dev, and have some fun guzzlin' some sodas.
Everything is actually really balanced. This game doesn't suffer from a steep difficulty curve that you're only allowed to overcome by paying. While it does offer the option to do so, I haven't really felt the need to buy it. That double speed is really tempting, though, but I digress. Even when you're slightly under-powered you can switch to manual battle mode and you'll be able to overcome boss battles easily. The new Soda Scripts is a great way to customize the auto battle of your soda-fueled adventurers and will allow you to create a competent auto team that will hack their way through to the Dark Lord. Definitely recommend that you pick this up and try it at least once. It has the best price: FREE!
a fun AFK type game (once you get into the later stages of the game, the further along you get the longer your runs can go with minimal intervention). with lots of combinations to play with, addicting to leave running in the background and work on personal goals such as getting a super high FPH or just pushing into super high levels. Fun game if you're into that sort of thing and enjoy numbers that keep getting bigger and bigger. Overall a fun game and you can't complain when its F2P, everything in the game that can be purchase with real money can be gained for free quite easily so take your time and have fun with it!
Hey everyone, it’s been a while (do I say that a lot?) So I’m not here to ruffle any feathers or yank any chains, but I do want to let you know that pox and I have been workshopping a lot of ideas lately. In fact, we even put together a little teaser image: We needed a healthy break after SD2, but it wasn’t long before we started dreaming of effervescent, multicolored glass bottles once more.Absence makes the heart grow fonder, and all of that.I can’t confirm any details about the teaser yet. New content? New game? It’s complicated! All I knew is that I couldn’t come back to the series unless I could do something a little bit… different. So I’ll leave it at that. But here’s the other thing, friends. I’ve actually been working on a brand new game for the last… well… three years at least? It technically started while we developed the Primal Lands update, but it gets messy. It’s a hand-animated, tag-team battle RPG with a heavy focus on building combos. It’s not quite Soda Dungeon, but it may scratch that turn-based itch for you.So I’ve got a big favor to ask…. Would you mind checking it out? The demo is available as part of Steam Next Fest RIGHT NOW! Wishlists would be a huge help too. I staked a huge chunk of my game dev reputation on this project; help me get it across the finish line and maybe I won’t get fired from my imaginary job as an Indie Game Developer that somehow still exists in 2026?(I’m mostly kidding, but getting some eyeballs on Signy and Mino will make it MUCH easier to keep the lights on over here ;)
Hey everyone! Shawn here from AN Productions. I’m the programmer/co-designer of Soda Dungeon, and I wanted to share my new project with you: Designated Demigod! It’s a turn-based combo RPG about a girl and her dog setting off on an adventure filled with gods, warriors, and a menacing research center. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/35779860/aad235ed4656821b6b2b8577171f99749b959f89.png It's sort of a Paper Mario/ Street Fighter hybrid featuring hand-drawn animation, vivid environments, and high-energy combat. I've been working on it for almost five years now and I'm excited to finally be able to share it! While it does contain the turn-based DNA of Soda Dungeon it's not quite the same idle/farming experience. Consider it more of a "sit down in front of the TV and play with a controller" title. I hope it catches your interest, and that you’ll consider wishlisting! It would go a long way in supporting the project. Thanks! https://store.steampowered.com/app/2379160/Designated_Demigod/ Follow progress on Twitter Join the community on Discord
Version 1.2.2 makes for another maintenance update. We fixed a few more small bugs and made some stability changes that should improve the mobile experience. But of course we had to toss in a few new gems and an oddity just for fun :) Three new gems can be crafted: Uranium, Platinum, Copper. Seven new legendary/mythic gems will now drop in the Primal Lands. New oddity available: Treasure Trasher. Fixed some small bugs and reduced memory usage to improve crash rates. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/35779860/cbd0271a0edf191dcce32dc7c6d973b229d907ee.png Before I go I wanted to drop a quick plug for a new project I'm working on called Signy and Mino; It's a fighting game RPG! It's... much different than Soda Dungeon, but Soda Dungeon isn't going anywhere either. If you'd like to see an extended writeup about this, please see this thread on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/sodadungeon/comments/vnoysr/the_future_of_soda_dungeon_and_my_new_game/ Signy and Mino doesn't have a Steam page yet, but feel free to check out some screens and progress over at https://twitter.com/SignyAndMino
