Agony and progression Replaced the reset-based Ascension system with permanent Agony Ranks I–X, giving every rank its own zone progression, enemy scaling, and improved rewards. Added a dedicated illustrated Difficulty window for Normal, Nightmare, Hell, and Agony, with unique backdrops, gothic icons, smooth transitions, and a toolbar indicator for the active difficulty. Higher Agony ranks now reduce the effectiveness of Armor, making defensive progression more important as the endgame becomes harder. Rebalanced the opening hours, difficulty curve, loot, affixes, item PowerScore, and the 100-node skill tree around a roughly 50-hour journey toward Agony X. Items, equipment, and hero stats Replaced the complete item art set: all 32 equippable items now have new individual sprites across weapons, helmets, armor, rings, and trinkets. Weapons now have their own base Attack Speed, creating a clearer difference between slow heavy weapons and faster alternatives. Weapon cards now lead with calculated DPS and separately show base Damage, Attack Speed, and secondary affixes, making upgrades easier to evaluate. Added a dedicated Hero tab to the inventory with a full stat overview, grouped offensive, defensive, and utility values, and calculated total DPS. Expanded the inventory's Gear tab with equipment previews on hover, pinned comparisons, and clear labels showing which item is currently equipped. Reworked the equipment layout into a more readable 2+2+1 arrangement, kept labels inside their frames, prevented comparison-card overlap, and added clearer slot highlighting. Updated item names across the loot pool to give equipment a stronger identity while keeping existing saves compatible. Farming HUD and camera Rebuilt the farming HUD with new textured health-orb visuals, enemy health, zone progress, refreshed toolbar icons, and a clearer overall composition.
