I quite enjoy this type of game and it was competently made but this was too short and too passive. There's no challenge as you collect resources until you want to go spend them for upgrades, isn't even a need to actually fly around. There're no decisions in the upgrades, you just buy the next one. After you've bought all the upgrades you go and shoot a bigger square and the game ends. it's cheap if you want a mindless incremental game that looks pleasant but i found it lacking substance.

A simple, perfectly paced game where you fly a spaceship that mines squares for currency, buy upgrades and weapons, and gradually automate everything to reach the final area. In this game, you fly a spaceship through space and fire lasers at squares to mine them. The spaceship follows your mouse cursor and attacks squares automatically when you get close enough. Although you can stop by holding the left mouse button, there’s no collision, so you can pass right through squares. Once a square is destroyed, you gain some of the game’s currency. There’s no limit to how much you can hold, but when you think you have enough, you need to return to your space station, which can be easily located by pressing the right mouse button. At the station, you spend the gathered currency on upgrades that make mining faster. While the first few upgrades increase the speed, range, and amount of your starting laser, you quickly unlock additional weapons, such as orbs flying around you or homing missiles that constantly jump between targets. Each upgrade or perk can only be purchased once, and when you buy enough of them, you unlock additional options on the upgrade tree. Since the cost increases with each new upgrade, it’s very important to invest some currency into the zone itself, which increases the square spawn rate. After a while, you’ll hit a roadblock on the upgrade tree in the form of an upgrade that requires a different currency. This currency is found in the second and third zones and comes from squares of a different color. Although you can fly freely between zones, squares in the other two zones are much stronger against your basic tools, so you need to buy as many upgrades as possible to efficiently mine there. Later upgrades remove the need to move, allowing you to stay in one spot while perks handle everything. For instance, you get a copilot flying around in their own ship and mining for you, as well as pullers that bring squares to you. From that point, it takes around one and a half hours to buy all upgrades and unlock the final fourth zone with a large square.
