BastionOS is a focused incremental tower defense game where you layer stacking weapons and upgrades to mow down an escalating horde. Each run unlocks new tech and expands your arsenal across a deep skill tree, letting you experiment with vastly different approaches. It's lean enough to complete in a few hours but offers enough variety and meaningful progression to feel substantial even for seasoned incremental players.
About this game
A short active incremental game where you stack ludicrous weapons and upgrades onto a tower. Destroy a gigantic evolving horde, unlock new tech, repeat.

Been waiting for BastionOS ever since I tried the demo. It’s a simple but seriously addictive little game, and it gets incredibly satisfying once you expand your arsenal after the first few initial levels.
I haven’t even seen the quarter of the skill tree yet, but even at my current playtime it already feels huge and offers a ton of variety, from giant laser beamz to flame patches to cluster bombs lol. There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching the whole screen go kaboom after a well aimed shot.
Would honestly love to see an endless mode added down the line!
I have played *a lot* of incremental games lately, my steam library, sorted in decending order, shows 40+ incremental games played with the exception of one or two in the list.
BastionOS is probably one of the best in that list for a number of reasons: - It isn't over long (100% Achievements in about 4 hours. You can probably do better.) - Skill Tree Progression feels meaningful - No Start from Zero Prestiging, but multiple currencies that evolve as you play. - At no point in the 4 hours did it feel sloggy. - Graphics are terrific. It's like your favourite TD game slept with Virus from the Amiga and gave birth to these high res polygonal graphics. - The one song the game has is pretty catchy. (Would have liked to hear one or two more tracks, though.)
Definitely not a bad way to spend your money if this sort of game is your jam.
Glad the game finally came out. There is something weird about chilling while enemies are approaching with increased pressure. The feeling of progress is always there. You can take it slow or rush, completely up to you. I like the math behind this game :o
Set max collection caps for resources. Added an extra internal step for checking achievements, in case they didn't register the first time. Added some clarifying labels and icons to tabs and setting screen. Added an option in settings to toggle camera rotation during gameplay. Fixed some typos.
Hello everyone, First of all, thank you all who have played the game. In this update we have fixed the Professor achievement, you should have it when you launch the game, if you have completed the Task for it. Also fixed several visual bugs and whatnot. Thanks again
