Track real focus sessions through Pomodoro timers to generate in-game currency and experience, which you then invest in decorating your office, hiring staff, and unlocking upgrades. The game merges productivity tracking with idle-tycoon progression, offering atmospheric pixel art and minigames during breaks to reward actual work. Best for people who want their study or work habits gamified with tangible progression that ties directly to their real-world effort.

What players are saying
▲ Recommended100 hrs
It's not trying to be the most complex tycoon sim ever made. It's a productivity tool first, and it respects that. The game part is the reward, not the distraction. Recommended :)
Update v1.1.0 🎉 New Guided setup for new players — first-time players now get a hands-on, step-by-step walkthrough: buy a desk, hire from the CV panel, seat your staffer, run a focus session, collect payroll & coins, then take a break. (Returning players aren't interrupted.) ✨ Improved Per-account saves — each Steam account now keeps its own separate save on a shared PC. Your existing progress is migrated automatically the first time you launch. Proper Steam presence — the game now launches through Steam, so friends see you "In-Game," and "Open on startup" now starts it via Steam. Online World now requires Steam sign-in — keeping the park tied to real Steam players. Single-instance guard — running two copies at once is now prevented, protecting your save from conflicts. 🐛 Fixed Character customization skin tones "Medium" and "Dark" were swapped — labels now match the sprite. Fixed a crash that could happen on a brand-new profile (window centering). Corrected tutorial wording that said to "drag" staff onto a desk — it's click-to-assign.

Hey everyone! 👋 First of all — THANK YOU for playing MyBiz: Pomodoro Desk Tycoon during Steam NextFest. Your feedback meant the world to us, and we've been listening carefully. 🎨 A Complete Visual Overhaul is Underway We're doing a full, manual redraw of every single in-game graphic asset — furniture, characters, tiles, walls, decorations — everything. Pixel by pixel. No shortcuts. The goal: make MyBiz feel more alive, more detailed, and genuinely cute in a way that matches the cozy, focused vibe of the game. 🚀 We're Preparing for a Proper Launch All of this work is part of our preparation for the full launch. We want the game to look and feel polished — the kind of game you're excited to open every day during your work sessions. The gameplay loop you loved is staying. We're just making sure it looks as good as it plays. Stay tuned — more updates coming soon. We're working hard, and we can't wait to show you the finished result. — The MyBiz Dev Team
