Abyss Manager Idle is a short, completable idle game where you assign characters to jobs, manage resources, and unlock new dungeon floors. Rather than pursuing infinite progression, it's designed to reach a satisfying conclusion in a couple of hours, making it ideal for players who want the relaxing automation of an idle game without open-ended commitment.

Man, I sure did manage that abyss.

Clearly its got a chibi anime cartoon style appearance look. The "tower defense" aspect felt more like a visual choice more than a gameplay choice, with there being seemingly no downside to letting enemies reach the end of the path and every character attacking the same.

While the gameplay is extremely simple, I do appreciate the variety of areas, upgrades, characters, and achievements. Definitely has much more time and effort put into it than most casual games I've seen recently.

7.3/10. Would be cool if this was actually a tower defense and not an idle game. Oh well.

Are you looking for an idle game but don't want to go infinite? Yeah this dev did that, just casually play your idle game and actually finish it and done.

Bug Fix

Fixed a bug reported at launch based on feedback. The close button on the character detail page (accessed via button) was missing. This occurred because the new window was created before the old one was destroyed, causing the old window to take the close button with it. Previously, without using the right-click menu to close, the game would get stuck.

Launch & Apology

Hello everyone,First and foremost, I would like to offer my sincere apologies. Due to some changes in my personal life, the development progress has been severely delayed. As an inexperienced amateur developer, I must admit that I severely underestimated the complexity behind "making an idle game fun." I had originally hoped to bring you richer content, but the current finished product can only be described as a short, bite-sized experience. This game will be completely free and can be 100% completed within two hours. I hope you can find some relaxation in playing it.
