Bloodless Heart tasks you with squeezing organs to extract elements and synthesize blood in a darkly themed incremental game where each body part offers unique synergies to unlock. The game supports both active clicking and offline progression, with varied upgrade tabs and a world-domination endgame that kept reviewers engaged despite its shorter runtime. It's best suited for players comfortable with unsettling body-horror aesthetics who want a well-paced idle experience without the tower defense elements.

Fun, unique, a bit short. Grow your unholy horror until you take over the world. The various tabs with upgrades are varied enough to keep it interested. Some are deeply unsettling, but that's the point! I did use an auto-clicker after the first half hour as it continued to want clicking didn't keep it interesting, though you could also just take your time and go offline or AFK and wait for resources.
The pacing is also rather quick, which could be attributed somewhat to the auto-clicker, but things scaled quickly even without it in some cases, rushing through many upgrades at times. There isn't really a "wrong" upgrade, and generally going for roughly the cheapest option will do you fine. Most of the fun is just figuring out how each unlocked element works.
For the price the value is decent for a couple days of novelty. 6.5/10
I think this game is quite fun, good pacing imo for an idler, not too fast nor slow. I wish i could, but i dont seem to care for the tower defense part, the enemies are like a pixel wide and the pacing on that doesnt feel great to me. But I think overall this is a great idler, especially for the price.
