Come for the gold, stay for the meows
Cats Visiting El Dorado is yet another fluffy delight from AGE ZERO, serving up 5 vibrant levels stuffed with 80 cats each. The art style is gorgeous, and there’s something ridiculously satisfying about watching each cat light up with color the moment you find them. Add in the tiny meows and the generous zoom range, and you’ve got an instant cozy fix for hidden-cat fans. The achievements are simple, the clutter is low, and the cats are placed cleverly enough to feel fun without drifting into frustration. Hints recharge every 30 seconds, so you’re never stuck for long, and did I mention the game is completely free?
The only real scratch behind the ear is the speedrun achievement: you can’t get it on the first level, and if you miss it later, you have to reset everything and replay level one just to try again. A per-level reset would turn this already lovely experience into something practically flawless. Still, for a 20-minute 100% run (or slightly longer if achievement hunting goes sideways), this is a bright, charming, generous little gem. If you enjoy it, absolutely go check out Cats Visiting Fairy Tales for more paws-on searching from the same dev.
