Fight through endless waves of alien invaders by customizing your spaceship with varied weapons and defenses tailored to different enemy types. This idle game layers meaningful progression systems that reward strategic loadout choices without overwhelming the player with busywork, making it accessible yet engaging enough to hold your attention through to endgame. Best suited for players who want their idle games to feel purposeful rather than mindless.

This is the best idle/incremental game that I've played - bar none. It's hard to explain why it all works, but let me call out the things that stand out.

1. You get to build and modify your own spaceship, which is a cool and very rare premise. It's not Armored Core, but there's a fair amount of impact and difference between loadouts - as well as enemy types. Retrofit is an inspired concept that lets you adjust your build on the fly, but planning remains important due to a finite number per run.

2. Progress feels very, very smooth. You can make progress in almost all systems without consulting any guides, except for maybe late stage base and crew. I've rarely had a day go by without feeling I've made some progress, with the notable exception of when crew is first unlocked.

3. Each mechanic feels very distinct and unique, and heavily interconnected in a way that feels rewarding rather than byzantine or esoteric (e.g. Trimps). You're constantly actively managing and tinkering with your ship throughout the day. e.g. Synth feels rewarding when you finally break into a new weapon/shield module tier, which allows you to run higher difficulty warps, which allows you to improve salvage, etc.

4. Tying into point 3 - your decisions definitely matter, and prioritizing the right decisions will greatly accelerate your rate of progress. At the same time, the game gives you multiple ways to skin the cat and progress, so you can set your own goals in a way that feels fulfilling and personal.

5. The dev has implemented a lot of QOL features for the player, including heavy automation that can be unlocked via premium currency, while generously giving you enough currency to unlock *everything*. I fully support this model and will be making a donation - which I rarely do.

Please check out this game and support the dev. This is an excellent game.

This is actually a very good idler. I try almost every idler/incremental game I come across on F2P and this is one of the first ones I've stuck with till end-of-content. I actually feel like I'm making progress. I never get too overwhelmed. There are actually goals to reach.

So many other idlers have too many mechanics that need to be automated to actually make it an idler. This game has layers to it, and while you need to be active to in what mechanic/layer you want to focus on, the mechanic itself is fairly automated. And the pace at which these mechanics are unlocked is ideal. It's not too fast that you're still trying to figure out the previous mechanic, and it's not too slow that you feel like you have to keep grinding. And it's all unique. And all the QoL and automation upgrades that there are are obtainable in-game without spending money.

It's just a well-rounded idler that doesn't rely on only one loop to make progress.

This is probably the best idle game ever made. If making numbers go big is your thing then I cannot recommend this one enough.

There is maybe some minor polish left to do but it feels incredibly complete and well-balanced for an early access game.

It's not a brainless clicking exercise. The game gets more complex as you progress, requiring actual thought and planning. If you feel you aren't progressing there is almost certainly something you can do to fix that. With the way optimum strategies shift around it would actually be an interesting game to speedrun.

The small number of in-game purchases are entirely optional and don't have a meaningful impact on the progression. You certainly cannot pay to win.

Overall, I love it. Well done, dev.
