I'm super excited for today's update, so let's jump straight into it!Introducing the new Balatro-themed map!In other words, Rusty's Jimbo's Retirement!The new map has complete character swaps, new houses, and a brand-new mechanic: harvesting crops spawns poker cards that can be played for spare parts.Just like in the previous crossover, I wanted to take a specific mechanic from Balatro and try to squeeze it into Rusty's. I had to do something with poker cards and the joker effects!How does it work?Normally, when you harvest a crop, you are rewarded with a small amount of spare parts instantly.Now, when you harvest a crop, those spare parts are automatically played in a poker hand, and the joker will apply its effect to the result.It's pretty OP, so we had to adjust some prices from the normal base game.Create a new savefile to access the new farm!I'm super pleased with how this collab turned out, especially with how the poker mechanics are implemented into the game ːorange_heartːIf you haven't played Balatro yet, I wholeheartedly recommend it. It is truly one of a kind, and it actually has nothing to do with gambling (if you were worried about that!)If you own Rusty, you can get an additional -10% off of Balatro, and vice-versa.My little brother made a game all by himself! Okay okay, I might have helped here and there with a few things but he did do like 95% of the work! I'm very impressed with how fast he picked up coding in Unity's game engine, plus the visuals look absolutely amazing - it really makes you want to decorate.Skatehouse is a simplified version of a shop simulator with some idle mechanics. We worked hard during spring and summer to gather 7 steampunk worlds in one game, balance them and fill new content. Initially we thought to release the game in early autumn. But it appears that we are able to release the game sooner than expected! We'll make it live during the Ukrainian Games Festival, which starts on Aug 14th. Hope you will have fun playing our Steampunk Idle Spinner and other games :)

Apologies to anyone that was affected by upgrades/UI disappearing when scrolling the upgrade panel in chapter 2/4. This patch has a few more fixes that should prevent the problem from occurring. If not, please let me know! Cheers,Adam

Please let me know if it's still happening. BALANCE'Motive', 'Fernand the Userper' and 'Villefort the coward' upgrades: Reduced the maximum level cap and increased the strength of each level. Reduced the base iron costs for 'Learning Mindset', 'Brooding' and 'Axes Akimbo' upgrades. Reduced cost scaling for 'Self-loading Musket'.Thanks for playing!! Fixed an issue where parts of the ui would get cut off or hidden when anti-aliasing was enabled and resolution was anything other than the max setting Fixed an issue where textures would load totally wrong when running in windowed mode NOTE: the terrain still has a visual graphical glitch if you have shadows set to "off" or "low". Some of you want her to always be visible, while some want her to politely stay in the background when you’re busy... so we’re giving you the choice! ⚙️ Patch Notes 💡 QUALITY OF LIFE: Added a “Stay on Top” toggle option in the settings menu, allowing you to choose whether your sister stays on top of other applications or not. 🛠️ KNOWN ISSUES: We’re aware of some cases where audio lines don’t play correctly or get stuck. This is already under investigation, and we’re working on a fix. 🔮 UPCOMING FEATURES: We are also working on allowing you to click directly on your sister to interact, so you won’t have to open the menu every time you want to pet her or give her attention. We’ll keep working on improving your experience with My Desktop Sister, so keep sending your feedback our way! More updates and new content coming soon 💕
Added steam achievements Major randomization rework and improvementsTLDR - improved randomization mechanics, making random abilities occur much more reliably. Previously, the game used a "true randomization" system - this created some annoying situations where what you would see over time did not always line up with the perceived chances - while technically "correct" - and thats the nature of statistics, it could be frustrating. We added various "pity mechanics" to make sure for example a 10% chance is much more reliable - you will get (at least) a 1 in 10 draw of that thing, no matter what. Various other improvements generally make it so what you expect to happen when you think "20% chance" is more likely to be what you see happen, with more reliable passive ability, evolution, and ability triggers. Specific unit stats and war supplies can now be enabled/disabled for quickspend in order to fully customize how to auto spend your money Units should now attack targets they are suited for and distribute damage rather than ganging up in targets, creating a much more reliable distribution of damage. Added a list of all locations (sorted by tiers, with a collapsible header per tier) and their status (road built, outpost built, building icon if applicable, level x/y, and distance from current position) when on the map panel and not selected on a location. This allows you to see a much better overview of your world progress. Added new graphics options (anti-aliasing) and adjusted existing ones (soft shadows low/med/high are greatly improved) Fish bones and adventure coins show up in merchants for a cost in gems, allowing you to purchase relics and artifacts without having to play these modes if you don't want to (albeit at a slower rate).
