Thank you for all the engagement and feedback, I'm reading it all even though I can't respond to everyone right away. I've collected a bunch of fixes in this patch that addresses several of the big complaints. Please give the game another chance if you previously stopped, hopefully you'll have a positive experience this time! Performance & OptimizationSkip sub-pixel stars and station variants at low zoom levels.Skip refinery/cleanser beam details and cleanser shadows at low zoom levels.Bug FixesCrashing when sacrificing ship fixed. This was happening if you sacrificed ships that killed the black hole but ships where already en route. They lost their target and looped infinitely trying to find something.Traders now correctly apply their Cargo Size when selling product. Bringing their profits way up. Previously they for some reason skipped that in the calculations making them quite useless. Expeditions reset correctly if prestige mid expedition.Black Market Contacts trade boost to +10%.Ship manifest now shows correct ship IDs on very large fleetsAuto-buyers no longer force-reactivate on level-up.Gameplay & BalancePirate Rework, I've heard you loud and clear, pirates are a money sink and not good. This is a first step just to give them a more permanent purpose. Defeated pirate ships enter a 15-second repair state instead of dying permanently.Halved Void Cleanser metal consumption rate (from 0.2 to 0.1 /s).Expedition rebalanced overall risk.Removed credit-based bounties from Signal Range 5 (SR5).Prevented refinery placement in locked signal ranges.UI & Quality of LifeMoved the Bounty Board inside the Fleet Command panel instead of being alone. Not final or the best solution but works for now. Instead of the bounty board disappearing off-screen and requiring the player to collapse the Fleet Command, player can now scroll down in the panel to see everything.Improved clarity of Void Cleanser UI buttons.Engine Overclock displays decimal values after level 40.Reworded Void C...

House Store Update — Stacking, Visibility & Fixes New House events now stack. Run several at once — each is tracked with its own independent timer. No more Exalted lock. The member-exclusive events (War Drums, Wilt, Forge-Surge) no longer require Exalted standing — any sworn member of the House can buy them at any reputation. Keep paying to extend an active event. Re-buying a running event now adds its full duration onto the clock, so you can pour as much gold as you like into a single bonus. The store card shows the live countdown and the extend price together, e.g. ● 6:30 · +75k. Improvements Active House events now appear in the World Events section on the Home screen with live countdowns, right next to Celestial Meteors and World Bosses. Event timers roll over to an Xh Ym format once they climb past an hour, so heavily-extended buffs read cleanly instead of showing hundreds of minutes. Fixes Purchasing a House event no longer scrolls the Factions page back to the top — your scroll position is preserved.
Eldara Update — Faction Rework, House Stores & Cremation Fixes ⚔️ Faction Combat Rework Every House now grants a permanent combat identity that stays useful even after your skills are maxed: Ashen Legion → +Damage Verdant Circle → +Max HP Gilded Hammer → +Defence Sworn members get the full bonus (up to +25% at max standing); non-members get a weaker version (up to +5%). You hold one oath, so you're strong in your House's stat and lightly buffed in the other two. Note: combat damage is now tied to Ashen membership, not rep alone — if you built Ashen standing but swore elsewhere, your damage bonus drops, but you gain your own House's identity (HP or Defence). Dedicated Ashen members are unchanged. 🛒 New: House Store (Faction Shop) A gold sink in each House's page — spend gold to call that House's timed events. Each shows in your combat HUD with a live countdown. General (Recognized): Ashen Muster (+20% Combat XP) · Verdant Flourish (+20% Gathering/Cultivating XP) · Gilded Bonanza (+20% Gold) Member-exclusive (Exalted + sworn): War Drums (enemy Max Hit −10%) · Wilt (enemy Max HP −10%) · Forge-Surge (+5% of your Max Hit added to your Min Hit) 🔥 Cremation & Ancient Surge Ancient Surge now speeds up the bone you're already burying, not just the next one. Ancient Surge now appears while cremating — no need to start another skill first. The Bone Grinder can now drop the Cremation pet while it burns bones. 🩹 Fixes Offline dungeons now overflow loot to your Bank when your inventory fills, instead of piling up and stalling.
Hi shop managers! Hotfix v1.0.0.0.31 is now live, bringing a major interactive upgrade to your desktop companions: 🚀 New Feature: Desktop Sabotage System Advanced Desktop Pet Behaviors: We've massively expanded the underlying behavior tree for the Desktop Pet mode. While hanging out on your transparent screen, your furry employee will no longer just sleep peacefully. They will now actively cause trouble by hunting down and "eating" your actual desktop icons! (Tiandao Studio would like to officially clarify: if your work documents, browser, that unfinished presentation, or your recycle bin shortcut suddenly vanish into thin air, please immediately pry open the mouth of the cat in the corner of your screen. It is not a Windows bug; they just wanted a digital snack!) Please restart your Steam client to apply the update. Happy idling, and keep a close eye on your important files!
MEGACITY Update 2.6.0 - Ecology Rebalance and Pause Fix.This update makes the ecology system fair and recoverable, and fixes a bug where paused games kept making progress.Ecology: fair, recoverable, and readable.- Outbreaks no longer spiral forever. Disease outbreaks and toxic blooms now burn out and are contained after a set number of turns instead of stacking endlessly. The damage they deal each turn is capped, so a bad moment can no longer snowball out of control.- Your city can recover. With no active outbreak and some investment in ecological buildings, the biosphere slowly climbs back to a survivable level instead of staying pinned at the bottom.- Early warnings that tell you what to do. Before disaster strikes you get clear alerts for a failing or collapsing biosphere, rising disease risk, and toxic bloom risk, each spelling out the fix, such as Biofilter Stations, Bioremediation Plants, Reclamation Domes, or a Mass Vaccination Drive.- Delegate disease management. With your Chancellor set to act or suggest, they will now step in during a health emergency and enact vaccination or public health edicts before things tip over.- Still a challenge. At genuinely bad stats the situation remains dangerous. This removes the unfair doom spiral, not the difficulty.Pause fix- Pausing now truly pauses everything. A paused game no longer grants resources or messages for the time you were paused, including when you switch away and return or reload. Un-pausing can never quietly hand that time back later either.A heartfelt thank you for the feedback that led to these changes.
v0.2.14 - New Packs & Mod Load Order Mod Manager - Load Order New Load Order tab in Mod Manager - shows every installed mod, local and Workshop, in one unified priority list with reorder arrows. Each row shows the mod source (My Mods vs Workshop), a creature count, and impact badges for big changes: red "N sets off" when base sets are disabled, blue "Money/Market/Speed xN" for each changed multiplier, green "Grading" when grading companies or rates are modified. A "Changes game settings" badge shows a full breakdown on hover - starting money, game speed, disabled sets, grading companies, custom events, and more. Removed the per-card reorder arrows from My Mods; ordering is now handled exclusively from Load Order. Load Order rows use a drag handle to reorder - items animate smoothly as they slide to make room. The Mods and Load Order sub-tabs now live inside the nav pill and animate together instead of floating separately. Pack Builder & Balance Mod editor pack builder now supports per-slot rarity OR variant constraints - pin a slot to a rarity range, or lock it to specific variants (e.g. slot 1 normal-only, slot 10 holo/rainbow/gold). Slot variant mode toggles between rarity and variant per slot independently, and switching back and forth never loses your settings. Variant chips are sorted worst-to-best and include any custom variants your mod defines. Pack slot reveal order now matches the slot number exactly - slot 1 reveals first, slot 10 last. Auctions now allow all rarities to appear - previously only Rare and above were eligible. Sets tab "Set Presence" section now shows live "~1 in N" odds estimates per venue. Sets tab replaces the old single Set Weight slider with per-venue multipliers for Marketplace, Mystery Lots, Storage Units, Daily Deals, and Auctions - all default to 1.0 so existing mods are unaffected. These weights are now fully wired into the engine across every venue. Base game Generation 1-7 packs rebalanced: 10 cards per pack, price tuned per gen...
Slightly bigger patch - Bounties: Metal rewards adjusted down to their correct values. They were too big and broke the entire pace of the game. You can now abort two bounties before a cooldown. - Background throttling: Players reported that the game didn't run correctly when covered by other windows, added a fallback system that should fix this. Please let me know if it doesn't. - Wormhole: Unlock hint corrected - Wealth Path: Correctly resets on prestige - Console: Messages correctly resets on prestige - Prestige: Added a nudge for the first unlock and that you should keep going (really guys, keep playing and prestige at least one more time, the game is not over lol). Also added unlock hint on how to unlock prestige. - Stocks exchange: Fee now only applies on selling and is lowered. More gains for the people. - UI fix for \ meter. - Bug: enemy pirates were counted into your fleet sizeWith this patch + earlier hotfixes I think most urgent launch day bugs have been addressed. There are still bugs that I'm looking into, mainly why some achievements aren't popping up. I will update as soon as I have a fix. I'm also looking into overhauling pirates, I've heard you loud and clear that they are pretty... weak. Overhauling UI and making it better on larger screens is also on my to-do. But these are bigger changes that I want to do properly so it will take a bit of time. Thank you for your great feedback and nice words! Keep it coming on the Steam forums, Discord or Twitter.

Eldara Update — Pyre Salts Stack, Sell X & a Big Polish Pass ✨ New Features Pyre Salts now stack. Use the same salt again and its duration adds on top of the time remaining — Ash 30m → 60m → 90m, and so on. The active-aura timer climbs to match. Salts no longer waste while you're offline. Your aura pauses while the game is closed and resumes with the exact time left when you return — and the Offline Gains screen now shows it ("aura paused while away — Xm still remaining"). Market "Sell X". Right-click an item in the Market and choose Sell X… to open a custom-amount picker: plus/minus steppers, a slider, quick presets (1 / 10 / 100 / 1,000 / Half / All), and a live "you'll receive" total that exactly matches the final payout. ⚔️ World Boss Your attack-style buttons (Melee / Range / Magic / Defence), plus the Pyre and Spellbook pickers and the loot box, now appear during World Boss fights — you're no longer locked into one style mid-fight. 🩹 Fixes & Polish Auto-Eat now heals immediately and fully the instant you reach your set HP threshold — no delayed bites, no dying with food still in the slot. Cremating now shows its green "in-use" indicator while burying. The Max Hit tooltip no longer gets cut off at the top of the combat panel. Gold totals display cleanly, and very small values / drop chances no longer show as "0". World Boss Diamond Arrow now drops in correct stack sizes. Shiny Ignarath / void gear now shows the correct rarity. Shiny smithed and crafted gear now shares its set bonus, and the in-game wiki reflects it. Achievement reward gear is no longer scaled/downgraded incorrectly. The "all skills to 100" achievement now counts all 17 skills. Offline boss kills now count toward stats and achievements; offline thieving applies all of your perks. Steam achievements you'd already earned now unlock retroactively.
Hi shop managers! Hotfix v1.0.0.0.30 is now live, bringing a few precise calibrations and a fun new feature to your desktop: 🛠️ Fixes & Adjustments Absolute "MAX" Value Calibration: Further fixed calculation and UI display bugs that occurred when historical records or total assets hit the absolute "MAX" limit. (We installed an anti-gravity abacus in the cosmic cash register. It will no longer panic and spit out gibberish when faced with literal infinite wealth). In-game Rarity Color Adjustments: Recalibrated the rarity color borders and visual glows for items in the in-game inventory, ensuring they perfectly match their true drop tiers. (The logistics cat in charge of RGB lighting was apparently a bit colorblind. After some quick vision correction, your Epic and Mythic drops will now shine in their true, accurate colors). 🚀 New Features Jump Rope Action (Counter Edition): Added a live combo counter to the Calico Cat's exclusive Jump Rope action! (The Calico cat is now officially tracking its cardio! You can now clearly see exactly how many deadly laser jumps this little fella manages to pull off during your QTE sessions). Please restart your Steam client to apply the update. Happy brewing!

We've reinforced the containment vault for your astronomical assets!)Inventory Rarity Borders: In-game inventory UI now features colored rarity borders around items, mirroring their Steam Inventory tiers.
