Finally fixed an issue causing saves to seemingly corrupt in Rocky Retreat. Fixed spawn ordering so that crops don't initially spawn inside dirt blocks. This fixes a spawn issue with Rock Candy Bushes.
Hi everybody! ːPhhelperː The Demo for Boby and the Witch is now available to download and play! ːPdogːThis was one of the first games I ever made, originally developed back in the mid '90s when I was around 10 years old (which probably makes it a true retro game by now).It was later included as a hidden game in Fjong, but it was never released on Steam as a standalone title. I thought it would be fun to finally release it as its own game.Most of the game has been left untouched, with all of its original flaws and jankiness still intact—for memory’s sake.The only real additions are Steam achievements and two unlockables for completing the game fast enough: the Speed Cap and the Jump Cape.The game is extremely short, free to play, and can be completed in one sitting (in under 5 minutes). The proper (also free) version will be available June 30th. Play in your language RuneClick is now fully translated into Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Pick your language in Settings and the whole game switches over live, no restart needed. Every skill, item, enemy, menu, and tooltip reads in your language. Cosmetic tool finishes A new way to spend your hard-earned gold at the top of the game. Unlock the Gilded and Void finishes in the shop and apply them to your axe, pickaxe, and fishing rod. They carry no stats and change nothing about how you gather. They are pure prestige, a way to make your tools look like yours. New pets and rare finds Woodcutting, Mining, and Fishing each have their own mega-rare pet to chase now: the Beaver, the Rock Golem, and the Baby Kraken. Woodcutting can also turn up a Bird's Nest, which you open at the bank for seeds or a piece of jewelry, and if you are absurdly lucky an onyx bracelet. And out on the water there is Old Mossback, a once-in-a-lifetime trophy catch worth a small fortune. Runecraft goes deeper Three new runes, Death, Blood, and Soul, extend Runecraft well into the late game, along with new high-level spells and a passive that rewards heavy casting. The climb to the top of the spellbook is no longer capped at nature runes. Bring the right style to the fight The combat triangle now keys off the armor your foe wears. Plated melee enemies shrug off blades and arrows but fold to magic. Robed casters are soft to melee and ranged. Hide-clad archers resist magic. Every monster's page in the in-game guide now spells out what it is weak to. Combat pays off Monster drop tables got a heavy pass, so fighting is now a real way to earn resources, gold, and mid-tier gear without grinding the matching skill. This update addresses two serious bugs that could cause you to lose the game through no fault of your own. strongly recommend updating before your next play. I'm really sorry for any frustration these issues may have caused. Time Warp Bug Using Time Warp was accidentally speeding up enemies and resource generators instead of only affecting the intended targets. The more you used it, the worse it got. Enemies would arrive earlier and earlier, eating into your available play time. This has now been corrected so Time Warp only does what it's supposed to. Chapter 7 Final Secret A balance misconfiguration made it impossible to unlock Chapter 7's final secret through normal gameplay. This has been fixed and it's now fully reachable the way it was intended. Other Changes Chapter Memory actions no longer affect resource generators. Some Chapter 7 actions now use total less time. Fixed multiple typos found throughout the game. NOTE: Every ending and secret in this game should be completable without relying on bonus of Chapter Memories. If you find anything that feels gated or unreachable through normal play, please let me know. Thank you all for the feedback and support!
