Eldara — Patch Notes sorry for the delay! steam was having issues on our end! we are still working on bringing more content I promise, right now we're just making sure the game is rid of most of the bugs and adding a lot of QoL features that you guys have suggested in both the discord and on steam! Economy Gear upgrade costs massively rebalanced — no more thousand-hour grinds for a single upgrade. Apex/Void/Mythic refinement is now a reasonable long-term goal instead of a second job, and the cost curve no longer explodes at higher levels. Skills & Quests Smelting bars now counts toward the "Smith N items" achievements (previously only forged gear counted). Shark Hunter quest fishing requirement fixed (65 → 80) — it asked for Cooked Shark before you could actually catch sharks. Bakery Stall (Thieving) now drops bread, coins & a cooked fish instead of just fish — it's a bakery, after all. UI Fixed inventory/bank icons overlapping each other on smaller or non-maximized windows. Thanks for all the bug reports — keep 'em coming!

Hello everyone,This patch focuses on fixing four critical issues that affected menu navigation, combat stat scaling, equipment balance, and character creation.The goal of this update is to improve stability and make the game’s progression systems behave more consistently across both client and server.Fixed: Battle Menu Map ButtonWe fixed an issue where the Map button inside the Battle Menu worked correctly the first time, but could become non-functional after reopening the menu.The map state is now properly reset when starting a battle, so the map can be opened reliably every time from the Battle Menu.Fixed: Critical Multiplier Training ScalingThe gold stat that provides Critical Multiplier Rating is now correctly affected by Critical Chance Training.This has been aligned on both the frontend and backend, ensuring that stat previews and server-authoritative combat calculations remain consistent.Fixed: Equipment HP Regen ScalingHP Regen purchased through equipment is no longer affected by Max HP Training.This means HP Regen from items now stays independent, while Max HP bonuses continue to scale correctly with their intended training category.Improved: Character Name InputCharacter names can now include numbers.The character creation input now supports:A-Z, a-z, 0-9, _ and -Validation has been updated on both the client and server to keep character creation behavior consistent.SummaryThis patch improves:Battle Menu stability Combat stat accuracy Equipment stat balance Character creation flexibility Client/server consistencyThank you for playing and helping us improve Cromania.

Two major new mechanics added to Single Player These are toggleable settings during world generation as well. 1) Transfer Ship Garrison A popular community request, you can now transfer your ships to a new colony or outpost via the star map action screen. 2) Fog of War - With this setting enabled, on game start, you only have a small area of visibility around your starting colony - Upgrade your radar to increase it's visibility radius - New outposts and colonies grant a visibility radius - You can station ships in the fog of war to gain visibility (this is a new 'send fleet' action from the star map) - Your radar will show you any stationed ships in your visibility zone - Fleet movements will only show up if they are inside your visibility zone, otherwise you will not be aware of them - Stationed ships can be attacked - If you attempt to station a ship on an enemy colony or outpost in the fog of war the mission will resolve as an attack - This also allows you to station defensive fleets on high profile locations to deter colonizers, so they will need to clear the area before colonising the tile Full credit to @ClassyMushroom for this idea THESE FEATURES ARE NOT BEING IMPLEMENTED IN MULTIPLAYER FOR NOW. After single player testing, we can put up a vote in discord for whether to implement these for the 4th server or not. Sill Cats did not originally support Steam Achievements. Because of this, your activity and your cats' behavior from before this update have not been recorded. The data needed to unlock achievements will only begin accumulating after this update is applied to your copy of Sill Cats. We are truly sorry that the time you have already spent with your cats in Sill Cats—over a month for some of you—will not be reflected in your achievements. If you're willing, we hope you'll start making new memories with your cats again from today. We plan to keep adding more achievements little by little going forward. Depending on the achievement, some may only begin counting from the moment the new achievement is implemented, so we ask for your kind understanding.
