It's been a while! I'm working on the mobile version of the game and have added an essential mobile feature that I also want to bring to the desktop version: background progress. Now, when you open the game, everything that happened while you were offline (up to 8 hours) will be simulated until a complete stop or a major event. Offline time also counts toward the "Need a break?" achievement! Additionally, I've updated the game shell version to try and fix a rare bug that caused crashes at certain points in progression on some computers. I also updated the Czech translation, thanks to Kryštof Kubík.

Corn Update #10 has arrived. ChangesAdded background for ICE Corn. Small bugfixes. Drops, Explained Each update, one Corn of each rarity will be permanently removed from the drop pool (except Mythical). A new corn will be added in it's place. Mythical corn will stay in the drop pool longer, but will rotate out eventually. That means 5 new Corn each update - 4 new drops and 1 in the store. Greetings, everyone! It's been a while, huh? Many things have happened over these years, but I am happy to finally release a new update for Pachillinko! Long story short, it is a complete overhaul with new mechanics and more smooth (at least I hope so) progression system. So jump in and enjoy! But those of you who enjoyed the game in it's previous state - fear not, you can still play it. Old version is now called a Legacy mode in main menu, so you can easily access it and continue to grind those achievements.

Additional reputation bonuses have been added A few new retirement upgrades have been added, and 2 NYI tagged ones have been implemented Minor Changes Relic drops will now pop up and notify you when they happen. You can toggle this off. Sound effects are now their own toggle separate from music. Sound effects have been added in a few places. All Achievements except the Discord and Steam ones now have Steam tags, so they'll have associated steam achievements once the storefront changes replicate. A few more achievements have been added. Filled in some additional information for some things that had none existing. Bugfixes Some values were being truncated while determining item price and power, Items should be worth more. Some issues with the old notification system have been fixed, though many are currently toggled off regardless. Minor balance Early game materials recieved a slight boost in default production speed Misc Backend changes A few values have been upgraded to BigNums from Doubles or Ints in the game and editor tool, and a few optimizations have been done to balance out the slower processing speed of bignums. Game data editor has recieved a facelift and added a few more features that should speed up adding content Discord bot account linking functionality improved and tested (game implementation not included)
In this update I added Auto saving so the game automatically saves every 20 seconds however there is no indication of the save. The game will continue to still try to save when the game is closed. The game is still available for download through itch.io for MacOS users as steam requires the game to be signed for MacOS.
