Update 2.4.0 - Prayer and Thieving

Prayer A brand new skill joins the lineup. Bury the bones your enemies drop to train Prayer, anything from common bones up to dragon and abyssal bones, with the rarer drops worth far more experience. Unlock altars as you climb, a gold sink that multiplies the experience every bone gives you. There are three altars to work toward, each a steeper investment than the last. In combat your prayers draw from a points pool that drains as you fight and refills with every enemy you put down. Twenty-two prayers fill the book. Raise an overhead ward to block an incoming melee, ranged, or magic blow outright, or call on the offensive and defensive prayers to sharpen your accuracy, hit harder, and soak more damage, all the way up to a handful of elite prayers that roll several boosts into one. Select an enemy and the book tells you exactly which ward stops its attack style.Thieving The second new skill introduced with this update. Pick a mark, anything from wandering townsfolk and hooded zealots to market stalls, armoured guards, and a locked rogues' chest, and help yourself to whatever they are carrying. Stalls give up the goods they sell, logs and ores and fish and gems, while people carry coin, food you can eat mid-fight, and on the richest marks the occasional piece of rare gear. Every mark has its own pockets to pick, and stalls visibly empty out as you work them over. A botched steal freezes you on the spot for a beat. Your odds climb as your Thieving level outgrows a mark, which means the best play is always the richest target you can rob cleanly. Chain clean lifts together to run up a streak that pads your coin. Seventeen marks wait in all. v2.25.3 - Small Relic Hotfix

This is a small cleanup patch for Skilling Relics that were previously able to behave like socketable equipment. Skilling Relic Cleanup Socketed gems are safely removed from relics - If a gem was socketed into a Skilling Relic, it will be returned to your inventory on load. If your inventory is full, it will go to overflow. Affected relics are restored - Skilling Relics that were treated like equipment are returned to inventory and restored to their normal collectable state. No relics are lost - This cleanup happens automatically the next time you load the game. No action is required. Inventory Filter Fix Skilling Relics will now appear under the Misc inventory filter. Previously, relics were scattered throughout the inventory filters. It should be a far more reliable guide.Fixed being able to change equipment while on dispatch Changing a dispatched adventurer's gear had no effect on the ongoing run ("I changed it but nothing happened"). Which is probably as hard a left turn tone wise from Yolk Heroes as we could possibly go, but it's been what we've been working on.Feel free to not be interested, I mean, I can't say I feel the overlap is all that strong between the two projects. 🏦 Bank Tabs Organize your bank into multiple tabs. Create and delete tabs, and switch between them freely. Move items between tabs by dragging an item onto a tab or via right-click → Move to Tab. Rename a tab (double-click it), give it a custom icon (right-click an item → Set as Tab Icon), and drag tabs to reorder them. Deleting a tab is safe — its items move back to Tab 1, never lost. ⛏️ Separate Pickaxe & Axe Slots Tools now have two dedicated equipment slots instead of sharing one. Both stay equipped across all 3 gear sets — they no longer come off when you switch loadouts. ⚡ Combat & Quality of Life Dungeons can now auto-repeat — toggle it on and a cleared dungeon re-runs automatically at full rewards. Ancient Surge can be claimed straight from the Adventure Log (a ⚡ Claim button on the prompt), in addition to the bolt badge. Kill contracts now show live progress in the chat log (e.g. "7/20 slain — 13 to go"). 🐞 Bug Fixes Defence combat style no longer reverts to Melee when switching tabs.
