Bugfix patch 1.4.1

Just a small patch that fixes some issues that cropped up due to the recent "What Lurks Below" patch:Reduced the productivity bonus granted by Artifacts (especially for higher-tier artifacts, lower-tier unaffected).Troglodytes can no longer spawn on Dig Sites if they have a Fortress adjacent.Changed the "Ancient Legacy" achievement to now require 100 Prestige, as the previous iteration is now no longer achievable.Fixed the build cost calculation of Fortresses not resetting properly.

Optimization and QOL changes

Cursor Additions. 3 Colors and 2 Sizes to pick from Localization Fixes Balance changes, some upgrades were too cheap/expensive so i tweaked them based on player feedback UI fixes, some text overfilled the background they were on Ultrawide resolution: Ultrawides are now forced into a 16:9 resolution so the game is immediatly playable Change build to IL2CPP for better optimization

Coco Block is a very simple, arcade-style game where coconuts fall from above and you need to block them before they hit your monkeys — while letting the monkeys eat the bananas for points, combos, and higher scores. 🥥 The game will be completely free, and the demo gives you the full experience (including some quick and easy achievements, if that’s your thing, which will carry over to the full release). I mainly wanted to get the page and demo out there so people can try it. Thanks for waiting on this batch of updates:Fixed the game selecting the German language sometimes, even though there was no translations to show, resulting in ???? everywhere.Made stickers and cogs cap to 1:1:1 rarity ratio at high upgrade levels. (Yay for more bronze cogs)Fixed tooltip not working properly with different text sizes.Fixed tooltip sometimes not working on controller.Fixed a case of INFERNO not activating.Stickers now flicker after the box has been cut, to show that you need to collect them.You can now drag to collect stickers.Upgrade notifications now reset after a while, so you remember to purchase old upgrades.

Enjoy!This is probably the longest steam announcement ever, sorry if it lagsEpisode 3 - Posts XV-L5/20/25-12/14/25 Dev Standup 25.0: UI Refactoring from Polling to Reactive (Epic UI Optimization)5/20/25 - III.XVI spent the last few weeks celebrating my recent graduation and working on some IR2 refactoring... again! Visually, I only have this screenshot to show you of some Library UI tweaks. I am in a position where customizing UI is getting easier by the day, and I have complete control over when things like text need to be updated. For instance, if I gain some KWL, it should change the value and the text. I use a pretty complicated system that involves chaining the game data and the text. Technicals if you're interested:There is a notification producer and a notification consumer that handles this behavior. The producer: emits a notification if the value it holds changes. The consumer: receives a notification from a producer or another consumer. Also emits a notification if a change was made and it passes it onto other consumers.KWL would be a producer, and the text would be a consumer because it relies on KWL to change via gameplay. KWL gets updated every game tick. At the start, this text updates once every 10 seconds. No need for text to check every frame. It is possible for other consumers to check if the text changed, for whatever reason....What this means moving forward:With more control over the UI, the better the UX and more interesting the UI can look.
