Hi everyone! We just announced the Steam page for our next game, Silicon Architect. If you loved the combination of Incremental x Windows Nostalgia, you'll love this game as well.Silicon Architect is an incremental hardware engineer game, where you just got hired at BinTel to develop new CPUs. You build the CPU component layout yourself, run benchmarks to validate them, and then use the gained telemetry and research funding to improve and research further components. There is no demo yet, as the game is a bit too early for that, however if you can't wait, you can try out our playtest on Itch.io. This doesn't have amazing balance and pacing yet, nor a great tutorial (although Gnorman is back!), but it allows you to experience the new game first hand.I'm aiming for a true demo by the end of August, and then a release at the end of the year.If you played the playtest, and have any thoughts or feedback, you're welcome to share those in our Discord server as well. If this game seems like it's up your alley, you can wishilst it right now!- Marnix
Hey everyone, thanks for your patience while I worked on some widely reported problems with the game! This release features a big rework to the engine that greatly improves late-game performance by limiting object spawns and easing load on the Lua garbage collector. Performance A maximum of 800 common coins can be displayed and interact with physics on-screen. Common coins spawned past the maximum of 800 are now collected instantly instead. Duplicate common coin spawns can now aggregate into combined groups of 25, 50, 100, and 200. Combined groups render as a single, larger coin of that type, and interactions are multiplied appropriately (for example, Grass coin's value multiplier per-bounce is multiplied by the group size of a combined coin). A maximum of 24 rare coins can be displayed and interact with physics on-screen. Rare coins spawned past this maximum are now collected and activated instantly instead. A maximum of 10 copies of the same rare-coin effect can be active at once. Under heavy late-game load, the game now automatically throttles some effects more strictly, and limits objects that can be spawned, such as tweens, animations, and more. Rare-coin effects UI is cleaned up, now displaying "x1-10" next to the active effect instead of an indefinitely growing list. Text FX limited to 120 on-screen maximum. Particle effects limited to 200 on-screen maximum. Certain sound effects (bounce, lottery-win, etc) further throttled to prevent constant spamming. Misc Fixes Coin Doctorate achievement no longer requires purchasing 9,999 of GPU and CPU cores (this was an unintentional bug). GPU and CPU core upgrades no longer have a maximum purchase value, and display as circular icons to indicate their difference from standard upgrades. Simulation multiplier can now only display up to two decimal places. Grass coin multiplier value now cleanly aligns with collected coins so that it doesn't overlap. Formatted the number of collected coin types with commas. Fixed strange ...
New skill: Firemaking Firemaking is a new production skill. Each input burns one log for experience and produces that log's own ash. The recipe ladder matches Woodcutting, so any log you can chop you can burn: oak at level 1, willow 15, maple 30, yew 45, magic 60, elder 80. Burning a log gives 1.5x the experience cutting it gave, which makes it the largest use Woodcutting has ever had. Each tier has its own animated bonfire in its wood's colour, and the character has a new burn animation with all seven jewellery overlays drawn for it. Firemaking is the 19th skill that can reach level 99. Ash and compost Oak, willow and maple ash upgrade compost into Supercompost. Yew, magic and elder ash make Ultracompost. Higher-tier ash needs fewer units: 6, 4 or 2 per bucket. Supercompost: disease chance x0.2, +3 harvest lives, 10% chance of an extra item per pull. Ultracompost: disease chance x0.1, +4 harvest lives, 20% chance of an extra item per pull. Both are made at the Compost Bin and give Farming experience. Each farm patch row now has a compost tier picker instead of an on/off toggle, showing your banked count of each tier. Compost rebalance Extra harvest lives and the new bonus-yield roll now apply to allotment and herb patches only. Trees and flowers keep full disease protection but no longer gain extra harvest lives from compost. They did before this update. Trees produce logs, logs produce ash, and ash produces compost, so the loop paid for itself several times over. Crops already growing in a composted patch mature under the new rule. Sacred pyres Treating a log with Sacred Oil and lighting it as a pyre banks a Pyre Blessing instead of ash, for the same experience as an ordinary fire of that log. Burying bones spends your highest banked blessing for bonus Prayer experience: +15% oak, +25% willow, +40% maple, +55% yew, +75% magic, +100% elder. This stacks on top of your altar multiplier. Off by default, since each blessing costs a log, a vial of oil and an input. The ...

Another round of fixes for an even bigger problem, big numbers. 5.0 allows numbers up to even past the decillions, and after a certain point the number breaks which I thought I fixed a long time ago.Bug Fixes:Fixed the major one: upgrade prices for Lab Assistant and Brain Booster stopped increasing past a certain point, meaning the Buy Max button would purchase thousands of levels for pocket change and send your stats into a separate universe ^ If your save was affected by this, the game should repair broken values on load now. A message should appear if this did happen to youFixed colossal numbers displaying as "%.2e" or "-922337203........"Fixed the Lab Reboot preview showing 10x less Essence than you'd actually earn - this value wasn't updated with all the changes introduced in 5.0Lab Efficiency's price is now truncated

They used to count only the active mine, so routines like "buy until 50 jackhammers" never stopped.OPTIONSNew Preferences toggles to turn off the rocket arrival, research complete and depth point notifications individually. Thanks for the reports!

Hey everyone!I’m very happy to finally show you the trailer for Idle Pixel Battle. As you can see, it’s much, much more active than Idle Pixel Fantasy and offers plenty of interactive choices.I hope you enjoy it as much as I’ve enjoyed working on it. - Max
There is currently a game breaking bug (I can not exaggerate this enough) where pressing Buy Max on Lab Assistant or Brain Booster will cause integer overflow and mess up almost all numbers in the game, causing potentially irreversible damage to values. If you are a player who is gaining unfathomably large numbers, please try to refrain from using any sort of Buy Max buttons. I do not have a fix for this right now and will only be able to push an update out by tomorrow morning.I think I noticed this specifically happens when the price of the button shows 0 instead of the actual amount needed, however better be safe than sorry and not use it at all.I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
Changes: - Added initial $ after Overloading. This will make starting new runs less tedious.

Quick hotfix for major bugs with the release of 5.0 - some FPS issues tackled here. Fixed the card drop bar filling up thousands (or trillions) of times past the threshold while only paying out a trickle of cards. The game previously granted at most 100 cards at a time which was meaningless before 5.0, but now very meaningful since endgame vial income is enormous. Card payouts now scale to any income level, so if your bar was showing something absurd like 14qa/7000, your next click will grant the full mountain of cards you're owed. As well, fixed a massive FPS drop (as low as single digits) when playing with very high click rates. This was the same root cause as the above: the game was trying to process 100 card drops on every single click, so running an autoclicker on 0.01s per click would cause some damage. Fixed a startup issue where the game asked Steam for the server time before Steam was ready.
Hello, fellow cat travelers. This is Jebi, developer of Outta Space. To mark one month since launch, I wanted to share a few casual thoughts with you all.Outta Space actually started out as a side project. It all began the day I saw news coverage of Artemis II's lunar flyby, then spotted someone wearing NASA gear on the subway — that's when I decided to start building it. Because of that, the original concept wasn't even about cats at all; it was about a spaceship. That changed during development, when I decided I wanted to put my own two cats into the game. Haha.Being a side project didn't mean it got any less love, though. I commissioned the cat artwork from an outside artist, and it was only thanks to the steady time I kept putting in that I was able to ship it at all.To be honest, there are no updates currently planned for the game. It's a free title, and my hope has always been for people to enjoy it as something light and easygoing — that was the intent behind making it in the first place. I know it's still holding a steady concurrent player count, which does weigh on me a little, but this decision is so I can focus on planning and building better games going forward, so I hope you'll understand. If you follow my Steam curator page, you'll be able to hear about my next game as soon as there's news.Thank you to everyone who's played, who's playing now, and who plans to play in the future. I'll wrap this up with some photos of our cats. Thanks so much for playing.
🐝 Bonus Reward Display Fixes | v5.0.66 This small update fixes visual issues affecting Bonus Reward animations. 🎁 Incorrect Collectable Name Fix Fixed an issue where some Bonus Reward systems could display the incorrect item name, even though the correct pet icon or reward were awarded. This was only a visual text issue and did not affect the pet you received. ✨ Bonus Reward Animation Fixes A few additional minor bugs affecting Bonus Reward animation playback have also been fixed.
