Hello again! I received several reports that Steam achievements were not unlocking despite being earned in-game. I tracked down the issue and this patch fixes it completely, and retroactively. A rebirth or skill prestige will be required to get some of the achievements if you're already higher level than the missed achievement. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. -- Visseron Games
Hey Adventurers! Side quests just got a major upgrade. They now feel more varied, and more rewarding. What's New Side Quest XP Rewards - Side quests now award skill XP alongside gold. Mining quests give Mining XP, combat quests give combat XP, and so on. No more questing for pocket change alone. Three New Quest Types - Scavenging, Masonry, and Ash Craft now have their own dedicated side quest templates. More skills, more variety. Improvements Targeted Quest Names - Side quests now show the specific item or monster in the quest name and description. "Ore Collection: Aetherite Ore" instead of just "Ore Collection" - you'll always know what you're after. Bug Fixes Rebirth now properly clears all generated side quest and timed quest data from memory, preventing stale quests from lingering across lives. Bad/old side quests will be cleared once the game is opened with this update in place. This was causing side quests to not generate for some players. Thanks for playing! v2.6.8 - Provisions Hall Economy Fix Hey everyone, This patch addresses a gold farming exploit in the Provisions Hall and rebalances the room to feel more rewarding from the moment you build it. What Changed Provisions Hall now uses fixed pricing. Items sell at their base value automatically - the manual price input has been removed entirely. No more setting your own prices. Tier multipliers increased across the board. Building the Provisions Hall now immediately gives you a 25% premium over selling from your inventory. Upgrading the room scales that all the way up to 2x at max tier: - Tier 0 (room built): 1.25x - Tier 1 (Storage Larder): 1.50x - Tier 2 (Grand Hall): 1.75x - Tier 3 (Merchant's Banquet Hall): 2.00x Existing listings fixed. If you had any listings with inflated prices from before this patch, they've been automatically corrected to the item's base sell price on load. Why Players discovered they could set arbitrary prices on food listings (like listing Cooked Shrimp at 1 billion gold per unit) and the passive sale system would happily pay out at that rate. The change is straightforward: you get a guaranteed better-than-inventory price, but sales happen passively (60% chance every 5 minutes) instead of instantly. v2.6.7 Patch Notes Another batch of updates. Here's everything that's changed. Menagerie & Sidebar Polish Improved: The Menagerie page now shows all 6 familiar slots at all times. Locked familiars display as greyed-out cards with their creature name (e.g. "Fishing Familiar: Tidewisp") and a hint that they drop from bosses. Familiars in your inventory show a "Place in Menagerie" button inline. Fixed: The Dryona Nest dungeon was dropping the legacy "Dryona Pup" item instead of the Farming Familiar (Loamling). Existing Dryona Pup items are automatically converted on load. Changed: Animal Husbandry, Thieving, Mercantile, and Alteration are now always visible in the sidebar. Previously they were hidden until a specific quest was completed, making them hard to discover. Fixed: Buff tooltips in the sidebar were rendering upward and clipping off-screen. Hey everyone - quick hotfix patch today targeting a few issues that were tripping up players. Inscription Gear Fixes Fixed: Right-clicking inscribed gear to equip it could silently fail - the downgrade confirmation popup would never appear, leaving you stuck. Inscribed gear now equips and triggers the downgrade warning correctly. Fixed: The focus panel stat comparison showed "Nothing equipped" when the equipped item was inscribed, hiding your current gear from the comparison view. Improved: Gear comparison tooltips, the focus panel, and the equip confirmation modal now all display inscription bonuses for both the inspected item and the currently equipped item - so you can see exactly what you are gaining or losing when swapping gear. Combat Fixes Fixed: Combat skill level caps were stuck at 50 after rebirth instead of increasing like support skills do when you Ascend. Each rebirth now properly increases your combat cap by 10 (up to 100). Existing saves are retroactively corrected based on your rebirth count - no action needed on your part. Fixed: Ability buff timers (Guard Stance, Aether Skin, etc.) displayed a raw number instead of a proper countdown in the combat buff bar. Thanks for the reports - keep them coming! -- Visseron Games

BIG MILESTONE #1 - Progress Update Queue / Working System Finished We officially finished Milestone #2 of BIG MILESTONE #1. The new Queue / Working System is now fully implemented and functional ingame. This system now includes: - Worker management - Queue handling - Active working slots - Manual queue controls - Resource processing - Improved UI interaction - Better internal structure for future updates A very large part of the last weeks was spent redesigning this system from the ground up. While the old version worked, it quickly became clear that it would create major limitations once systems like enchanting, automation, progression and future mechanics started getting added into the game.The new version is significantly cleaner internally, easier to expand and gives us much more freedom for balancing and future content updates. What We Are Working On Right NowOur current main focus is the new Inventory System.This includes: - Stackable resources - Unique equipment items - Modifications & enchantments - Durability systems - Better item structures - Improved inventory handlingAlongside this, we are also continuing to redesign large parts of the overall UI. Many interfaces currently visible ingame are still placeholders or early versions and are being rebuilt to better match the final direction planned for 1.0. Smoother Rapid Clicking Update This build improves rapid clicking performance by reducing Steam sync work during active gameplay. Leaderboard and profile refreshes should now cause far fewer noticeable input stutters. Click buffering has also been capped, which helps the game stay responsive during large click bursts instead of continuing to play a long delayed stream of click feedback after you stop.
