10.90 Patch Notes

- Multiplayer Arm the rebellion expedition: alternative ship types supplied (that are not the highest donation) no longer dilute the bonus. This is what was causing the fluctuations. I will rework this so that you have a choice of ship to buff, and only that ship can be sent, to prevent accidentally donating the wrong ship type. - I know expeditions are OP, expeditions will be nerfed for next server.

[LOOKING FOR IDEAS] Suggest me new characters for the game

In a few days, around July 13th, I’m planning to officially leave Early Access. This update won’t add brand-new core content, since the game has already been evolving gradually throughout development. However, I would like to use this moment to introduce a few special customers to celebrate the release. That’s where you come in!I already have a few ideas of my own, but I’d love to hear suggestions from the community. The goal is to make the most of the current mechanics by creating new types of interactions. ideally, a single mechanic that can be used in multiple creative ways. What kind of special characters or unique customers would you like to see in the game? I’d love to hear your ideas! Some examples:- Annoying kid (backward cap): It rings the bell, and wants you to ring too.- Critic (Sofisticated glasses): Any fail will become a 0-rating.- Paranoid (tin foil hat): Wants you to build the burger in front of him.*Note: Even though the game will be leaving Early Access, I may still add more content in the future. I’ve noticed that the Early Access label can sometimes create confusion about how much content a game actually has, so I wanted to clarify that.

40,000 Players! And Bug Fixes

In just a little over two weeks, Chef Knight reached 40,000 players. Honestly, that feels unreal to say. We never expected so many people to play the game, and seeing the reviews and support has meant so much to us.We also just released a small patch with bug fixes and QoL improvements. Thank you to everyone who played, left a review, reported bugs, or shared the game with a friend. We’re really grateful.Patch NotesQoL Improvements:Made the player invincible during level transitions.Made the skill tree zoom slightly smoother.Visual Improvements:Fixed a visual bug where the sewer lights in the Seafood Sewers appeared outside of the level.Bug Fixes:Fixed a softlock that occurred when a task was completed while the recipe book was open.Fixed an issue where the player could sometimes get stuck in the level transition door.Possibly fixed a bug that prevented some players from getting achievements.

Bug Fixes + Passive eV Balancing Changes + Small Visual Additions

A full day done and I've found some things to fix and real small things to add. Make the lab and accelerator always present when not unlocked but locked, including a tracker for how to unlock it. So people can know what the game has before it just appearing when unlocked. Make the assistant status into an actual model where it will beam to what it collects to be more visually appealing. Changed the offline gained eV begin at 50% and then allows for upgrading after the lab is unlocked to get it to a 100%. After some thinking I did this so it isn't so overpowered at the start. Fixed a problem where the isotope collection was collecting more than it should and is displayed to do. Changed setting icons into neon lights Cut all molecules passive eV gain by 50%. They are very powerful, especially with offline gain.

Crystal Cove & Green Water - NEW CONTENT!

• Cavern 18 - The Crystal Glunko Cove!• Collect gooey shapes, from Triangles to Nonagons, in order to upgrade your Cove Stats -- you have a unique Drop Rate, AFK Gains, and Multikill value while in Cavern 18.• Each Gooey Shape counts on the Slab, so thats +12 new Slab Items to add to your collection!• Green Water added to Cavern 16 - The Fountain• 20 new Green Water upgrades which include bonuses to the rest of IdleOn of course, 3 new Fountain Currencies, rubber ducky and more!• 7 new Schematics to build via Kaipu, the Engineer villager!• 6* Cardifiers added - everybody gets 1 for free... in fact, I'm gonna DOUBLE that to 2 cardifiers for everyone who is an active player!! They will show up on special occasions in the Limited Gemshop section, and are of course used in the Cards section of Codex to turn any 5* Card into a 6* card.• New Crystalline Glunko pack and Limited Items available now in the Gemshop! • The kill requirement for the next map is now show in the top-left! This used to only be true for the first few worlds, but it's permanent, it makes the furthest map you've reached feel like you're on the front-lines, gives it that battle vibe!• Changed most big number displays in the game to be more uniform and better -- for example, say you had 4216B / 52T exp. Not only would this now show in just Trillion notation, but you'd also get a decimal place, so it would be 4.2T / 52.0T• The killcount of Gloomie Mushroom, Ancient Golem, and new Crystal Glunko cavern monsters are all properly shown by each mob's Card in Codex • Fixed a display issue where Dungeon Rank 60+ would visually show up as Rank 1. No gains were lost, just a momentary display glitch. 5000 GEMS winners from LAST Patch Notes are:Amendu, Gorrat, oshawut, mistaneat, kilvan, Boods, ScurvyDan, wRyu, ypppoiu, BopeBrancis10 people who comment their 1st IdleOn player name on THIS Patch Notes will win... Smarter Woodlings & Grove Polish

Hey Grove Keepers! Some of you wondered why you should build paths if Woodlings kept wandering straight through the grove - and honestly, fair point. They should now follow paths and bridges!Pathfinding & AwarenessImproved Woodling pathfinding and awareness, helping them make better decisions based on what's happening nearby instead of running across the entire grove unnecessarily.Woodlings now navigate paths and bridges more naturally and are better at moving around each other.Fixed an issue where some Woodlings would not join in chopping fallen trees properly. Woodlings should now work together much more consistently.Added and improved colliders across buildings, fields, fishing piers, and many other farm objects, helping prevent Woodlings from walking over and trampling vegetables.UI & Quality of LifeFixed entering a new line with Enter in the notepad when using IME keyboards, such as Korean.Fixed farm scrolling after leaving the notepad notes window.Fixed issues related to switching between monitors.Fixed mood selection issues.Other FixesFixed in-hand items sometimes remaining visible when they should be hidden.Added performance improvements and general polish.Looking ahead, we're also working on Markdown support for the notepad, which should arrive in a future update. We also have an idea for reducing CPU and GPU usage on laptops by introducing adaptive FPS, helping the game run more efficiently while saving power. Stay tuned! Thank you for helping us make the grove better with every update!

🌙🌱 Moon Garden is in Steam Next Fest!

Steam Next Fest is finally here! 🌙🌱I just wanted to say thank you. Seeing so many people discover Moon Garden, wishlist it, and share kind words has been incredible. I've spent a long time working on this game, and I'm really grateful for all the support and excitement around it.It's been a lot of fun seeing people experiment with different flower layouts, optimize their gardens, and share their experiences with the demo. I'm excited to keep building on that and can't wait to share the full release with everyone. If you've been enjoying the demo, one of the biggest ways you can help is by leaving a review, wishlisting the game, and sharing it with friends or anyone you think would enjoy a cozy incremental game about growing your way home from the Moon. Every review, wishlist, and recommendation helps more people discover Moon Garden and makes a huge difference for a small indie project like this.Thank you again for checking out Moon Garden, and I hope you enjoy Steam Next Fest! ❤️
