I recently bought myself a Steam Deck and was feeling inspired so decided to do one final update on Oraxum Trials, which adds controller support and fixes a couple things that were preventing the game from running on Steam Deck. Today's patch fixes/adds the following: WIN 32 compatibility launch option (if you get the WIN 32 crash, use this to prevent it, no need to go into the beta branch) Momma Gears/s and Momma Gear essence/s display (this should now behave properly) Achievements localization Removed 1M clicks and 100 ascensions achievements Improved volume controls Completed/Unlocked chests will no longer apply load Skins preview in the skin menu are now scaled so they do not hide any elements Lubing gear skins now behave as intended Blueprints with a "/" character in their name are no longer possible as that would cause some issues Leaderboards will now load faster Leaderboards will now use the default font if possible That is everything for now, enjoy!

Minor Changes - 2 new Prestige upgrades have been added that allow you to start new runs with your adventurers given default base level items - Loot animation in the Dungeon menu improved - Loot labels have been changed in the Dungeon menu, you can now see their drop rates and explanations by mousing over them - Monthly relic drop rates have been increased by 2.5x so that its much less likely to miss one with casual play. - Tier 1 resources have had their initial production rate increased to speed along the early game on an entirely fresh run - Monthly relic items now have additional properties, and proper names/descriptions. Bugfixes - Fixed a few minor calculation errors, mostly to do with rounding - Some Incorrect/Ambigious text has been rewritten - Automatic Error reporting functionality improved. - An issue that could cause a save to not load has been fixed

It's been a long while. Given the poor reception and the fact botters lowered the prices of all items to the point Steam can't pay me, I didn't feel like this was really worth much of my time and effort. Even so, it seems some people still like this project, and the changes they wanted are small. So, patch notes: Removed the daily item cap. This was put in place to help discourage botting, but it didn't work. Changed "Early Bird" to just "Bird", and removed the reference to it only dropping in the first week. Seems I never published the changes to remove it from the drop pool, and it feels unfair to do so now. I was surprised to learn people are still finding this game, and still enjoying collecting the items. This was my first time releasing a game, first time hiring artists, first time programming with the intent to turn my code into a thing people outside my house can see. Releasing something so public was daunting, but I wanted to work with the Steam API, wanted to learn more about how Steam worked behind the scenes. The project was small, development was short, and the launch was rushed and messy; even so, I have learned things, and I now wonder what I can do to apply these skills in the future. Today was the first time I logged into Steamworks, (the developer backend for gamedevs on Steam), in months. as of this moment, 1,628 accounts have downloaded Dice, and including those, a total of 16,150 have added the game to their account; most farming items with idling software and apps. Sixteen thousand. I've lived in towns smaller than that. In those times in my life I could count every face on every street, greet everyone in their homes, talk to the cashier at every shop and visit every workplace and chat to every worker on their breaks. And I would not find 16,150 people. To everyone who has touched my game, thank you.

Hello there, it's been a while since the game received an update, I've been busy with new projects, either way, here are the patch notes: improved leaderboard loading speed changed leaderboard font (for compatible nicknames) made game scale (zoom) the same for all screen resolutions now all names no matter the width will show properly on the leaderboard improved leaderboard behaviour when checking friend scores fixed rep and growth sound toggles resetting after an ascension fixed the ascension menu not having a background sometimes fixed a crash when cancelling the import of a song fixed visual issue with names that were too long in the leaderboard fixed leaderboard not always showing you your score when opened That's all for now, still listening to any QoL suggestion, have fun!
