Changelog🐱 New Feature: The cat can now scratch the screen.🌐 Localization: Added support for the Ukrainian language.🛠️ Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where hats were not loading from the workshop.
When I first programmed the inventory system I was not able to create a drag&drop option. But today I had another idea after I received feedback on this specifically. You will now be able to drag & drop via mouse leftclick and sort your items in your inventory as you like. (Locked items cannot be dragged and equipped items neither) It is a bit clunky on the coding side, because my inventory system was not build for it, but it works. And I also found a bug, which made it possible to use one potion unlimited times. Fixed it, sorry! :D
There was some feedback on the inventory buttons, for some they were not readable/ too small. Therefore I added other possibilities to handle your inventory and equipment: While your mouse is over an inventory or equipment slot, you can now use the following inputs: - Double left click --> Use or (Un)Equip item - Press "E" on keyboard --> (Un)Equip item - Press "U" on keyboard --> Use item - Press "C" on keyboard --> Craft item - Press "X" on keyboard --> Dismantle item
Fixed a bug in very long games where Loot Fairies would not properly despawn, which could cause other issues.
In this small update:Fixed the sounds made by props (they were much quieter when the prop was not in the player's line of sight);Added the ability to aim while sprinting;Other changes;Added new bugs.

Update v19 Patch Notes Simplifying version naming. Instead of 0.0.X style updates, future versions will just be numbered like "version 19" to keep things cleaner. Cost WIP, may require materials in the future. - New Class: Cleric: Heals the lowest health party member and uses holy fire attacks. Unlockable via game progression like Ranger and Wizard. - "Lucky Item" Spawns: Includes extra potions, gold piles, and fairies. Poison vials may now spawn and hurt the party. - Sell All Button in Shops - Demo Access Update: Demo users can now play level 2. Gameplay Changes - Cleric: Healing targets the lowest party member by percentage. - Wizard: Heal targets the lowest player by percentage. Hi everyone,Since release, we have made the following changes:Fixed one of the character's portraits not appearing properlyFixed/improved the glitch effect in multiple dialogue scenesFixed an issue with the highest value Bank of Km card \ it was unintentionally appearing at the start of a new prestige run \Fixed certain upgrades triggering faster than intended (for example, Auto Boost going down to 0 seconds, or even negative seconds)Fixed an issue where +1 Stat Upgrades would show improperly in the upgrade menuAdded functionality for the player to "Show/Hide" milestone cards so they can see things like the Km cost of leveling up stats, or what upgrades they currently have. (As a side note, we also want to allow players to purchase upgrades when reaching Milestones, but unfortunately doing so introduces a ton of bugs. For now we're holding off on making large changes to that system until we're absolutely sure that the game won't break.)Players should no longer experience crashes between 70k-130k Total Distance (pink/grey orb obstacles).Fixed a typo in a cutscene \ changed the word "we've" to "we're" in the VR room scene \Added a version number to the Title Screen so players can easily tell whether they're up-to-date.Overall cleaned up a lot of unnecessary files that were causing minor issues. Hopefully the game runs much smoother nowThere are still a couple more issues we haven't been able to fix yet, you can read about some of them in the official "Report Bugs Here" thread (it's pinned in the Community Hub > Discussions section). Feel free to let us know any time you encounter one and we'll do our best to address it.Thank you so much for playing Progress Racer RPG. You have no idea how much this means to me... I won't bore you with any sob stories, but every person who played / commented / reviewed / etc is absolutely my hero. I hope in the future we keep improving and make even better games and provide tons more hours of fun for you all.Have a great day,Dave
A player suggested in the discord to add a sort button for item level. Added such a button now. :) Also changed two of the achievement hints to make them a bit clearer.

It's time for another TNGT. I'm hard at work with the Epilogue Expansion and the end is finally in sight. Today I'm going to talk about buildings in Epilogue. The Epilogue is an upcoming free expansion to (the) Gnorp Apologue in the form a new mode, which will include new talents, buildings, mechanics and a different ending. Names??A feature that has been requested a few times, and that I myself wanted to see, was the ability to have gnorps with names. So I implemented that feature. The Naming Ceremony is held at a new building in Epilogue -- The Party Pad. At the Party Pad, you will be able to host three different parties for the gnorps, each granting a different benefit. One of the open questions with Epilogue was whether or not to remove the shrine. All other buildings are staying, but with the shrine I felt it would be interesting to find a replacement. In the base game, the purpose of the shrine is to unlock the accords through embedding a sword into the rock, but since Epilogue is a sort of continuation of the base game, it didn't sit right with me that you would embed the sword twice. So, the shrine became the Party Pad, and now a few lucky gnorps will be blessed with a name, including, but not limited to Tako, Gnorbius, and Beast. They even move into housing stacks. The Naming Ceremony provides a bonus in the form of free housing, but if you are unhappy with that you can choose to host one of the other two parties, like this one. The current design is that you'll be able to construct the Party Pad quite early, so that you can reap its benefits throughout most of the expansion. As a small little aside, one of the more fun parts about game development is when you hit upon an idea that is too juicy to ignore. You are compelled to put it to life; there is no choice in the matter. That's how the Party Pad came to be. I love the Party Pad. A renewalI mentioned earlier how only the shrine is being replaced when playing Epilogue, but YX1-AB is also subject to removal in ...
Optimized some UI details.Added 12 new kinds of fish.Thank you for playing—little kitty loves you~
Here we are, finally at version 1.0! I'd like to thank everyone to played during the Early Access period. You all helped make the game better in every way, and I'm sincerely grateful for your feedback and bug reports. Thank you! I'd also like to thank my friends, sargx, Exolun, and SilentWizard, for their extensive testing, and Grisknuckle for helping out with some of the art. In other news: All Aboard! The Train Defense Express is now Steam Deck Verified! Enjoy, Steam Deck players! Let's discuss the patch stuff already. Wasn't this supposed to be a small patch...? New Content {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45348796/1de414f2ac0aef9a6ce60d7fd4ae36bbb4fbaf5f.png New Carriage Selection/Swapping View: The old way of viewing and swapping carriages was a little unpleasant, especially if there's a lot of junk on the screen, and especially if you're a controller- or keyboard-only player. Now, a new button appears when the game is paused that opens the new carriage view. The new view is functionally the same as before, but much easier to see what's going on, and it supports drag & drop. The old way of viewing or moving around carriages still works, but with mouse only. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45348796/0bb918035bb6e0a4d6fc4a10e261dcd211cb15d9.gif Loot Fairy: A rare loot fairy may now randomly appear and wander around the map for a couple of minutes. The more you hit it, the more valuable gems it will drop. It's pretty hard to kill, though... 5 new boons: The final set of boons have arrived! Two of them cannot be unlocked until you've maxed out every other boon. A special surprise for dedicated players is behind those locked boons. Some placeholder art is still being used for this. 10 new relics: This includes more than one relic which requires merging other relics and a new starting relic. Some placeholder art is still being used for this. 3 new carriages: However, they don't appear normally. They have something to do with some of the new relics... 8 new achievements: Certain things that many...
The character help text was missing the information, that you can change classes by changing your weapon. I also added a small save icon at the bottom left corner, so you can manually save, although it should not be necessary. But there was a post about it on Steam, so I thought maybe this helps! Normally the games saves, when it is closed.
+ Gradient Wells now show correct efficiency (0 — 200%) + Punctures now teleport you to your Void Admiration Chancel, rather than the world’s center. You can reposition your Chancel anywhere in the upper world and begin exploring from that location.

This small update fixes a potential critical bug where, if the cloud save gets corrupted, the game might fail to run properly. In that case, the game will now show a warning at startup indicating that the save is corrupted, and a new one will be created automatically. I’ll keep working on this to add better protection and possibly a backup system for previous save files. Sorry for the inconvenience!
