patch 1.0.5 - Royal Birthright scaling, very-end-game additions

- The value of Royal Birthright now scales with the total number of colonies previously started, increasing by x0.5 per Colony. This should make trying different strategies faster for players who are struggling to progress in the mid-to-late-game.- Added more levels to the very-end-game, granting more Brain Matter to push for the highest possible Feeding Rate. (You should start a new run for this to properly take effect.)- Added even more DNA points to the very-end-game, adding more milestones to push towards.- Added an option to disable the custom mouse cursor.- Fixed left panel box not scaling properly when too many buffs visible.

Hi everyone! :D How are you all doing? We hope you're all well and happy as always.After taking a short break at the end of April, we're back with some updates about our games. Yay!First, about Cats and Seek: Zoo.. last week, Estu finally finished drawing all the zoo areas! Now it's my turn to implement all the illustrations into the code :D I'm aiming to finish everything by the end of this month so we can join Steam Next Fest with peace of mind ^^Here are some sneak peeks of the last zoo areas:Someone asked in the discussion forum whether there will be an open volunteer call for translating Cats and Seek: Zoo. Yes, there will be! We'll open the translation volunteer registration once we've finalized the total number of cats in the game. Please wait a little longer ^^Next update is about the Cats Around Us series. Does anyone remember the image we shared in last March’s post with no context? That was actually a sneak peek for the next title in the series. We’ve named it Cats Around Us: Pizza Boy, and for this game, we’re collaborating with Chonky Turtle!Right now, we don't have a store page for it yet. We'll announce it in the upcoming updates ^^And our last update is... we were actually supposed to post this back in mid-May after we got back from our break, but we felt a little embarrassed dropping just 1 post to announce 1 thing and on top of that it's about a vacation XD so we just decided to bundle everything together here!So yeah, we recently went back to Japan for a little vacation and to scout out the next city for our Japan Cats and Seek series ^^ and we stopped by Kobe!Just 30 minutes from Osaka by train, Kobe has a much more relaxed vibe compared to its neighbor. We were lucky to visit during Golden Week though.. Golden Week meant the city was packed with families enjoying their holiday, and we also kept crossing paths with groups of young people hanging out and having fun in parks and open spaces. Update v1.1 - Quality of life changes and bugfixes

Hi there! I've updated the game to version 1.1 with the following changes:Added korean language (It was listed on the store but was missing from the game)Added missing translation keys for some languagesMade the notification bubble bigger so it can fit larger messages in other languagesAdded another place where you’ll be able to find the server password so that it can be found more easilyNow Steamy will save your last login so that you don’t need to type it every timeThe game will save your chosen resolution and apply it every time you launch itAdded a text that appears when buytime is active so that it’s more clearAdded a text showing the CT’s and T’s scores so that opening the scoreboard is not necessaryFor the next updates I will be focusing on adding more quality of life updates along with more content to add more lore and exploration to the game. Updates Corrected Challenge information to state flat xp purchases scale with prestige level. Challenges Now show their level requirements. Added an Extra State to show / hide completed /( repeatable only ). Added a Button to the Challenge tracker to take you back to the Challenge UI and the correct category. ( Click the Number to navigate back the Challenge UI and the correct category ). Added a Button to Challenge Notifications that will Start the next tier off Challenge if clicked, removing the need to re open the UI and start again. Updated Auto Tier tooltip. Bug Fixes Fixed Devotion Bury challenges missing Viscous Remains, Broken Jaw, Severed horns, Shattered Skull. Backend fix with challenges if abandoned they sometimes wouldn't progress again, this was fixed by the player with a restart. Fixed issues with Imbued Bloobbird tracking challenge not progressing. Fixed issues with Boar tracking challenge not progressing. Abandon Button in Challenge UI, will no longer switch to to start when a challenge update while still hovering. Fixed an issue with the Challenge UI button in the codex closing the codex. Fixed Bone Arrows in Bowcrafting Challenges. Fixed Uncommon Swiftness Potion and Common Swiftness Potion being a Challenge. Fixing A Few Crash Bugs

Apologies for the rapid updates today, trying to nail down a couple pesky crash bugs that are affecting a number of recent players. Updates today: - Fix issue with unknown or modified locales not loading correctly (thanks Unity) - Fix issue with steam overlay that game up from the updated news feed widget - Add more options to news feed data to help with scheduling sales and other event notifications - Testing out some systems ideas to potentially add some features using steam inventory service (no MTX or anything, just trying to get ready for potential access to trading cards in the future) - Fix issue with opening and closing the game very quickly / alt+f4 while loading, etc

Hotfix - v1.5.217

Hey everyone, Bigger hotfix than usual this time, a new option, a couple of annoying bugs squashed, and some polish. Here is everything in v1.5.217. Wheel Drop Notifications are now your call There is a new toggle in Settings for the wheel drop claim popup. It is ON by default, so nothing changes unless you want it to. Turn it OFF and the claim button stops sliding in on its own. Instead, a Claim button shows up in Settings whenever you have a drop waiting, and it tells you how many (like "Claim (1)"). Either way your pending drops are saved, so you never miss one, and you still get the reveal showing what you unlocked when you claim.Bop Mode is now two modes Bop Mode used to be a single switch. Now it is two:Bop Mode - Music: the car bounces to the beat of the track, BPM synced.Bop Mode - Key Press: the car pops on every keystroke, and now it does this while you are driving too, not just parked.They are mutually exclusive, so pick the one you like or leave both off. If you already had Bop Mode on, both turn on so your setup carries over until you choose. The car that drained its own tank Short version: a car with Cruise Control and a maxed Idle RPM could quietly drain its own fuel while you were away and end up as a dead brick that ignored every keystroke and click. Big thanks to Iris Nebula for the catch ("it stopped moving... as soon as I change the car it works, only this one is broken"). Root cause was: Cruise Control keeps the car in Drive and Idle RPM holds a minimum speed, so the car was burning the more expensive driving fuel rate even with zero input from you. Since fuel is saved per car, only that one car ran dry while the rest stayed full. Now, when the car is rolling on its own with no recent typing, it sips fuel at the cheaper idle rate instead of the driving rate, so your tank lasts far longer (AutoRefuel and DLC still work exactly as before). And an empty car now still bops when you press a key, so you can tell it is alive and just needs fuel, even t...

Version 1.1.5 should be visible in experimental branch.Patch v1.1.5New features/changesAdded Adventure mode conversion button for players who completed the Campaign game (finished the final scenario)You can take all your heroes and gold lotus to your adventure mode. Changes for Version 4.60.1684 (2026-06-02)

- In the spacedim page you can now switch the view between names of the elements and the boosts they give. - The you can now chose between going directly into the upgrade/core slotting view if you click an equip in the adventure equip page and showing all available equips for this position. - The slotted cores view in the adventure inventory tab shows not always equipped things first. - The supposed speed change from last update did only affect tooltips and not actual battles. That is fixed now. - The core upgrade view is now in a different tab than the core convert view so people don't miss-click there. - Added a remove all button for equips to remove all slotted cores at once and if the removal cost is 0, there is no confirm dialog anymore. - Fixed some typos and other issues.
