Hello! Here are some fixes and improvements based on your feedback: Change: Mouse cursor is now locked to the current screen when moving or resizing the room and the book menu, so controls remain accessible Fix: Book menu now retains its position and size when reopened Daily quests now refresh correctly each day Potion levels and visuals now update properly even if the book menu is closed Removed the "DEBUG" label from the game icon Thank you all for playing my little game! I really appreciate your support! I’m currently working on new outfits and collections so you can spend your hard-earned gold again! I’m also considering rebalancing item costs, so unlocking everything will require more time and gold.
Small bug fix update: Fixed an issue that would cause tower slots to disappear when trying to build a tower
Easter is approaching, and with it comes the return of a seasonal favorite – Easter Island ’26! This year brings something completely new to the island - a new egg sorting mini game! The rules are simple: sort the different colored eggs into the right egg trays to boost your income. Eggs can be sorted by color, pattern or both. Sorting eggs with the right pattern and color into the matching egg tray gives the biggest bonus in the mini game. Every now and then, if you are really lucky, you can find a shining Jewel egg on the conveyor belt that will give you a random boost coin if you drag it to the special cushioned spot on the right. To make it even easier for you to sort the eggs, two purchases have been added to the shop that you can benefit from, ‘Auto collect’ and ‘Turbo conveyor’. The auto collect feature collects the eggs on the belt for you and you can choose how the eggs are sorted by clicking on the button that appears above the conveyor belt. You can purchase 5 minutes of auto-sorting directly in the mini game or choose to purchase the most economical option, 1 hour of auto-collecting, in the shop. The ‘Turbo Conveyor’ boost speeds up the conveyor belt for an entire hour. Purchasing both boosts together is definitely the most beneficial for your income! As usual, all players with access to the world map can visit the Easter-themed empire. Entry costs 180 golden eggs. Easter Island ’26 will only be available during the month of April. We wish you a joyful Easter and lots of fun exploring Easter Island ’26!

Hey everyone, I've made a few updates to the demo today ahead of the game's upcoming release on April 30th, 2026 (tell your friends!). Here's a quick outline of what has changed.Game Balance and PaceThe game speed has been decreased by about 10%, this gives you a bit more time to plan in the early game and helps keep the later game timings a bit more under control. The full release has a slower game cycle as the systems and complexity evolve a bit differently than the demo, which serves more as an accelerated overview of gameplay. The 'mining rush' strategy has been bumped down in power level a little bit, to offset it's much higher speed at rushing through the empire levels. The main change here is the effectiveness of mines built on planets early in the game has now been reduced (while all other buildings have been increased). Later in the game many technologies will change this and it remains an effective strategy, possible still too effective.Buildings have been buffed across all other categories, as well as some changes to how the planet specific building tech works. The tech strength was decreased, but all buildings gain effectiveness with power boosts later in the empire levels (including a new level bonus added mid game in the demo to check out).Planets further from home now have a higher scaling factor applied to their stats and effects based on distance. Risking exploration further from home, with higher strength planets (and more attacks if not on Passive Mode) will now provide better benefits when conquering. The empire level goals have been changed from planets / technology to total population. This allows for better gameplay tuning with the single goal, and gives another population effect that directly ties to the goal of the game to "overthrow the galaxy".Save Anywhere and Game ProfilesI've added the game save data and auto saves to the game, you can now pause a game and resume any time you want. Several players have asked for the ability to suspend the...
Added click to skip on the Level Up screen Various small bug fixes and optimizations
Bug fixes:Bug causing the probability loss for the clue "January 4th, Midnight"Bug causing the probability loss for the clue "Fleeting Face"
Added a quick fix for a bug that would cause levels to not initialise correctly, leading to a lot of strange effects. The problem was caused by the screenshake effect being active while starting a level. There's also one new level, but you can't play it without hacking the game. It'll be available in a future update.

Hello everyone! How are you all doing? Time flies so fast.. another month has already passed. I hope you’ve all been well and happy. In March, we continued working on Cats and Seek: Zoo and Pictective 2.How’s Cats and Seek: Zoo doing?Estu is continuing to draw the animals for the next enclosures. Here are some sneak peeks of the animals in Level 4 that she drew this March.Estu still has one more level to draw. Please wish her luck so she can finish it smoothly XD Dont forget to wishlist Cats and Seek: Zoo ^^ Any progress on Pictective 2?Yup! Pictective 2 is now in its final development stage. We’ve collected 108 photos from 12 countries that are ready to play.Finding the right photos turned out to be more challenging than I thought, especially with the new Random Mode. I had to make sure each photo still had enough space and clear visual clues even when the spots are placed randomly. After careful selection, here are the 12 countries that will be featured in Pictective 2:FranceJapanGermanyBrazilUnited StatesSpainItalyGreeceSwitzerlandPolandPortugalTurkeyBecause of the Random Mode requirements, I couldn’t keep my promise to Bad1080 about adding more garden photos. Sorry about that, Bad1080. I’ll find another way to showcase those garden photos in a future game. We’re aiming to release Pictective 2 in April (fingers crossed!). Because it gets closer to launch, I’d love your help translating the country/categories names again.. if you’re interested, feel free to comment in this forum! Dont forget to wishlist Pictective 2 ^^ Also, we’re planning to take a short development break at the end of April, so the April’s update might be delayed (probably arriving in mid-May). Hopefully we can share a little surprise in the May update XD That’s all from us for now. I need to get back to work so we can release Pictective 2 soon! hehe.. Love, UB & Estu

A Pricing UpdateWe want to share a quick update to address any price changes you may experience with our game DLC. Steam has introduced a new tool for developers to better convert the pricing of our games from the base currency to 37 different currencies. Handy for us, and depending on your region, it could be important to you. The changes essentially allow developers to adjust the pricing of their products to better reflect each currency's purchasing power. Previously, the information used to set prices across regions could be wildly inaccurate, meaning some regions were charged noticeably more or less than others. You may notice that other developers are updating their pricing with the new tool. If you are interested, you can read more about it here: When checking out this new tool, we noticed that many of the currencies we offer our games in would soon result in their store pages being hidden. This is something we have dealt with before and is due to the pricing of our DLC being too low for Steam to process. Mainly, this was going to affect older DLCs, where the prices have had more time to diverge from current exchange rates. To be safe, we've used the new tool, with Steam's new "Multi-Variable Conversion" to get all of our game prices up-to-date with modern exchange rates and ensure no DLC packs are hidden from you.As usual, we are continuing to charge the lowest possible price that Steam allows. The price for USD, Steam's base currency, remains $0.99. Most other currencies have changed a little, for example:GBP: Was £0.89 > Now £0.95EUR: Was €0.99 > Now €1.09JPY: Was ¥120 > Now ¥135USD_LATAM: Was $0.89 > Now $0.90Not all pricing has gone up, though! Some have remained the same, while others have even dropped in price. For example, Canadian and Australian Dollar prices have both dropped by 10 cents!Celebration Price DropWhen revisiting the pricing, we took the chance to drop the cost of last year's Celebration XL pack from $2.99 to $1.99! This DLC was priced high...
Update 1.5 is here, and it's huge. This update makes a ton of very important changes, completely changing up the dynamics of the game. Enemy runs have had their health values reconfigured, making all runs more difficult and requiring more attention to upgrades. The knights upgrade tree has been redone, cleaning up the jumbled mess it was before and modifying all upgrades across the board. Upgrades offer much more uniform value increases and scale higher than they did before, but at a cost. You guys complained that the Mining Expedition felt mostly useless because it wasn't needed for progression at all, so now it's needed for progression! Rubble has been turned into a global currency and is now used for upgrades for the Knight and the Iron Fortress. The expedition also has a new upgrade branch available that allows for some nice passive currency/material gains. Rubble can be purchased in the black market now as well, and can also be used at the Gambler's Den.A couple NPCs have been swapped out. The mining expedition is now led by Gollux, and the Iron Fortress is defended by none other than Cat! (I love Cat. I would kill for Cat.) Speaking of the Iron Fortress, it has had a HUGE change. Many people didn't care for the Tower Defense minigame it offered, and felt it was too idle or just not fun for them. Because of that, the Iron Fortress now offers 2 minigames instead of just the one, each allowing for the normal required Iron Fortress progression. The new minigame is still a Tower Defense style game, but it's called Tower Wars. It's gameplay is simple, but more hands on than TD. It's heavily inspired by Cartoon Wars, albeit much simpler than it. With this new addition to the fortress comes a revamp to the upgrade tree. Iron Fortresses upgrade tree now has 3 tabs at the top, one dedicated to TD specific upgrades, one for shared upgrades, and another for Tower Wars specific upgrades. All upgrades were redesigned in a similar fashion to the Knights upgrades, with some not...
