You asked. Ember listened (mostly). You can now boop the snoot. This has been one of the most-requested features since launch, from the community and from our own team (some of whom may have delayed other work to make sure the boop felt right). Ember has a bunch of different reactions to being booped, depending on her mood. Booping is highly encouraged. Overbooping is between you and Ember.Quality of Life FixesSome of you may have encountered an offset between the visuals and the clickable hitbox of buttons in the hamburger menu, especially when switching monitors. That should be fixed now. (We hope.)A lot of other issues with the menu should be gone now too. Hover, press, and dragging should be more consistent. Buttons that weren’t centered should now be centered. We got rid of some scrollbar bugs. And zooming Ember’s size should now be more smooth now. There were some issues with dragging objects and the menu button across Ember, getting the petting hand when you can’t pet her.A few players reported being able to lose the draggable menu button offscreen, so we've added "Reset Menu Position" to the right-click menu in the system tray. Some monitor configurations with ultra-wide and portrait monitors weren’t playing nice with Ember, and now they are.Thank you for reporting bugs, requesting boops, and generally putting up with fleas while we nibble away at them. Keep the feedback coming!

Tomorrow, 13 August at 12:00 CEST (10:00 UTC, 6:00 a.m. Eastern), Lowmoor runs its first live event: one goblin host on the fields north of Mereward, the whole membership on one wall, three stages over four days, and a vote at the end on how the story goes from there. Update to v1.5.1 and the game raises the call itself when the muster opens. How a muster worksYou play the way you always play: enrol at the board, keep descending, and every hour you stand while a stage runs is counted toward one shared figure. An hour stood counts the same at every rank, so a chronicle enrolled this evening weighs what a veteran of the Bottom weighs. Three rules, so nobody is surprised on the day: The clock ends a stage, so hours stood past the goal still count toward your badges. When your hour fills, the board asks you to take it. A tab left open unattended stops earning at that ask, because a muster is meant to be attended rather than parked. The wire carries no figures off your game: an account id the board minted, a device key, the name on your papers, the muster you stand at, your yes when you take an hour, and the course you vote for. Your damage, gold and save stay on your machine. Each stage runs 24 hours. When it closes, the board reads the reckoning, and a 12 hour countdown runs before the next stage is called. The first campaign: The goblins at MerewardCampaign I, Chapter 1. The first stage is the town wall, and it asks 1,000 hours of the whole membership inside its 24. The second and third stages post on the board as they are called, and what they ask is written on it. A stage that misses its goal closes the campaign where it stands, and the book records what was stood; carry all three, and the vote opens. The voteTwo courses go up on the board once the last stage is carried. Every badge you took at the muster is one point of voice: the first badge comes at one hour stood, and there are fifteen to take, so the members who stood the most decide the most. You can change yo...

Update 1.2.8 — 18 Languages and a Much Sturdier GameWe spent the last eleven days on one thing: going through every corner of the game. This update doesn't add a new floor or a new pickaxe — instead it lets far more people play in their own language, makes sure the numbers add up correctly, and keeps your save safe. 309 commits, over 88,000 lines changed. Here's what matters. 18 LanguagesThe game now plays in eighteen languages instead of two: English, Turkish German, French, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Polish Russian, Ukrainian Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional) Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese And not just the menus: pickaxe names, skills, titles, pet and armor names, boss names, tasks, achievements, store text — every piece of text you see in the game has been translated. Over 1,000 strings per language. Language selector added: switch instantly from Settings → Language by clicking a flag. Hover a flag and a tooltip tells you which language it is. On first launch your language is detected from your system language. Once you pick one manually, your choice is always respected. Font support added for Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Thai — no more missing-character boxes in those languages. If you pick Latin American Spanish, strings that don't differ regionally fall back to European Spanish — never to English. New SettingsScientific notation: for anyone who'd rather read huge numbers as 1.5e3 than 1.5K. Toggle it and every number on screen updates immediately — no reload needed. Privacy options: you decide whether anonymous gameplay statistics are shared. Decline and nothing is collected at all. You can change it any time from Settings. The mute toggle and volume slider now apply to sounds that are already playing — previously they only affected new ones. New AchievementA new achievement that rewards using your skills. Greetings, Swordsmen and Swordswomen. It has been over two months since Shadow of Ink: Zero officially made its debut. We have watched as the first batch of warriors set out from obscure village beginnings, forging their own legends with blade and sword. Some have sworn fealty to a single sect, some wander freely between orthodox and unorthodox factions as roving rangers, and others have traversed every corner of the realm to experience every hidden adventure. We have read every piece of feedback and every suggestion, and we are deeply grateful for all of your support. This August version update marks our first full patch summary, compiling all improvements and content iterations from June to the present. We have addressed the most commonly reported issues, refined the dynamic jianghu world and combat feel, launched our first major challenge mode, the Demon Abyss Secret Realm, and today, we are officially introducing our long-awaited new heroine — Shen Hongjin, the Sword of the Parting Rainbow. The road through the jianghu is long. We will walk it, step by step.New Heroine Debut — Shen Hongjin · Sword of the Parting RainbowTo be frank, we spent a very long time refining the character of Shen Hongjin. The core debate was never about how powerful she would be. It was about whether she is a "cast-out of the orthodox path" or "a blade of the demonic cult" — two labels that have always been hopelessly intertwined in her story.Shen Hongjin was once the most gifted swordswoman in a century at the Qingyun Sword Sect, a major orthodox faction. At seventeen, she wielded the sect's treasured sword Duanhong (Sundering Rainbow), and was the heir apparent to the sect master's seat. Three years ago, the Sword Sect burned to the ground overnight. Every member of the sect perished — except her. In the eyes of the orthodox world, she became the traitor who colluded with the demonic cult and murdered her master and brethren.Since then, a swordswoman clad in crimson has roamed the jianghu. ...

Fractured Realms v0.3.1 - Swift & Secure A month in the making. This patch has two headline pieces: a brand new Swift Mode for players who want a faster run, and saves rebuilt from the ground up with cloud sync back and, this time, safe. On top of that there is a big Collection Log expansion, the entire in-game Compendium translated into all 12 languages, and a stack of fixes and quality-of-life changes. Huge thanks, as always, to everyone in the Discord and the reviews who reported bugs and told us where the game felt off. Here is everything. ⚡ Swift Mode! A new permanent game mode, chosen when you create a character. Swift runs at roughly 3x pace: actions are about three times faster and combat XP is tripled. It is for players who love the game but want less time spent idle. Standard is completely unchanged. Swift is a separate choice, not a change to the game you are already playing. The choice is permanent per character and badged everywhere so you can always tell them apart. Swift characters have their own leaderboards, and no content is locked in either mode. 💾 Saves, rebuilt (and cloud is back) Saves now live in real files, not browser storage. This is the foundation that makes everything below possible. Automatic, safe migration. Your existing characters move themselves across on first launch. There is nothing to do and nothing to lose. The originals are kept as a fallback, so migration can only ever add data, never remove it. Rolling local backups. The game keeps recent snapshots of each save, so a character is never one bad write away from gone. Crash-safe writes. A crash in the middle of saving can no longer corrupt a character. Cloud saves are back, rebuilt on Steam Cloud. Cross-device sync works again: play on one PC, pick up on another, and your characters (including offline progress) come with you. Steam now owns the syncing, so the failure that was causing lost progress and vanishing characters is gone. This has been tested and verified before switch...
UNHUMAN: Hotfix (12 Aug) Fixed an issue where the final tutorial step would pop up again for players who had already completed it.
Hello Adventurers and Guildmembers!I wanted to make a quick post today just showing all of the patch notes leading up to launch, and afterwards since release on August 7th. There have been numerous changes, fixes, additions, and improvements! I am very excited to see so many people enjoying the game! Many of these improvements are the result of suggestions and discussions in the Discord. If you have feedback, ideas, or really think a certain Quality of Life feature would be useful, please do join and let me know. I'm in the Discord every day, and the community in there is the absolute best.Discord: Journeybound Official DiscordIf you've kept an eye on the Discord or regularly read the Update Log notes from the main menu, you will have seen these already. Be warned! Some may contain minor spoilers or hint at content later in the game. 2026-08-11 - Added a Farming option in the top-right cogwheel. "Hide Seeds Below Plantable Quantity" will now hide any seeds that you have too few of to plant. If you are a player that likes to collect one of every item in your storage, this will mean a lot less scrolling to find your desired seeds for planting. - Adjusted the trigger requirements for The Quartermaster's Overstock quest in F-Rank. It will now trigger when you have a full storage or when you fill 100 storage slots with items. Early game players that purchased a large amount of storage space will now have an easier time completing this quest. - Hotfix: Fixed a bug with the Cape Crusader achievement. Any cloaks previously purchased from the Guild Shop will now count towards this achievement. If you have bought all seven cloaks, you will receive both the in-game and Steam achievement when you next load your character. 2026-08-09 - Adjusted the material drop down selector in Production skills, to draw more attention to the quick scroll bar. Several players have not noticed that you can scroll these selectors farther down, like in Artisanry to create jewelry. Hopefully this he...

UNHUMAN: QoL & Bug FixesAlmost everything in here came from your reports and suggestions over the last two days. Thank you. The demo gets this entire update too. NewNavigation panel. A small dockable menu that jumps to any screen with one click. Drag its header to move it anywhere, minimize it with the dash, it hides itself during raids. Turn it on in Options > Gameplay. Menu hotkeys everywhere. Keys 1-8 now open their screens from anywhere outside a raid, not just the hub. Fully rebindable in Options > Keybinds, and you can bind mouse side buttons too. Raid keys stay reserved so you cannot break your own controls. One quest log. Every trader's quests now live in a single screen, grouped under collapsible headers. Auto accept and complete quests (Options > Gameplay, off by default). Takes every quest you qualify for, hands in collected items and claims rewards, even mid raid. It needs stash room for the rewards and will retry after your next raid if there is none. Prestige, endgame and special reward quests still wait for your call. Starting weapon. Pick which weapon slot a raid starts with instead of the fixed primary first order (raid filters, under Automation). Switching with Q mid raid always wins. Bulk sell trader choice. Pick who buys your bulk sale, with portraits, standing levels and a live payout preview. Higher standing pays more. Quick action confirmations. New "Ask Before Quick Actions" setting: always ask, ask only for glitch and above, or never ask. Never means never, mythics included. Options redesign. Settings are now split into Save, Gameplay, Keybinds, Display and Audio tabs. Locked zone info. Hovering a locked zone on the map now tells you the level that unlocks it. Scav gear is worth something. It now sells for a flat $5 each instead of piling up in your stash forever, and its stats match the RustTek T5 starter line, so it can actually save a bad day. Quest item luck. Items your active quests need drop noticeably more often. No more selling your ...

v4.2.7Make sure you UPLOAD your savefile to our cloud! Settings > Account > "Upload Save". It's free, but you can also subscribe for more save slots. I digress, back to the patch notes...Mobile... Wait, What?Synergism is now available on the Apple AppStore and the Google PlayStore! With this, many tabs have received updates for mobile users.PseudoCoin Changes Since the release of PseudoCoins, users in many countries have been unable to purchase them due to restrictions, financial laws regarding international transactions, blah blah blah. That is no longer the case with the introduction of a new payment processor, Xsolla, that is (or soon will be) available, under a "Checkout" button in the PseudoCoins cart tab. Xsolla offers thousands of payment methods (literally), including WePay, AliPay, PayPay, and many more. For the first time, Chinese and Japanese users (our 2nd and 3rd largest demographics of players) will be able to buy PseudoCoins without workarounds. To not piss off our billionaire overlords, this option is not available for Steam users (who shouldn't have trouble regardless), Apple, and Android users. In lieu of Xsolla being added, we have dropped the NOWPayment payment processor and we have disabled the ability to buy merch. We still plan on doing merch giveaways in the future, join the Discord to enter the giveaways!A new display was added that shows your PseudoCoin and Lotus counts under every subtab in the PseudoCoins tab! No more going to the Ants tab or Consumables subtab to view your Lotus count or going to the upgrades tab to see your PseudoCoin balance! Buying PseudoCoins supports us financially so we can continue working on updates!Code 'Add' ChangesNow for the namesake of the update! "Capacity" for code ‘add’ was previously defined in terms of amount of times you can use the code. We have changed the definition of "Capacity" to be how long you can wait for ‘add’ uses to accumulate. These changes are spread throughout all of the Quark Upgrade "Cal...
