Closing the menu on game over will now properly start the next game. The countdown counts to 1 again, before ending the game. Fruits can not be dropped on top of the angled wall anymore. The slider value in the controls menu is now being saved and loaded on game start/end.
Multiplayer It took some time, but the multiplayer mode is finally finished. You can now create or join lobbies through Steam and play against each other. I also added a new fruit type, the "Stone Fruit," to annoy your opponent during multiplayer. Full Mouse Support The game now supports full mouse controls. Everything can be done with just the mouse; no keyboard input is needed (though the keyboard is still available). Background Fruits The falling fruits in the background can now be turned off (Menu -> Controls -> Slider). Stats The stats for the current game and your global stats are now separated into two different menus. Sorry for the long wait; this took longer than expected. I promise to update the game more regularly in the future and release smaller updates in between if one takes too long to implement. Hey Clickers! As some of you may know we've been in the process of porting Clicker Heroes to a new engine since Flash died on web and mobile. Earlier this week launched an updated version for iOS and over the last year we've launched an updated version for Android and web as well. However, today we're excited to announce a beta for the updated Steam version! It’s not quite ready for a full release, but if any of you want to try out the beta you can access it on Steam. Please make sure to backup your save before switching to the beta as save conversion/transfer is still something we’re testing The game should be mostly the same experience as the current version besides a few small QoL changes and small features. We'll be sure to post the full patch notes when we release the game out of beta. To participate restart Steam. Go to your Library -> Right click on "Clicker Heroes" -> Go to Properties -> Go to Betas. Type "ibackedupmysave" into the private beta code field, click "Check Code". You should then have "unity" in the dropdown menu. Choose "unity" and wait for the update to download. Note: Once you switch to the beta you will not be able to switch back to the old flash version unless you use your backup you made before switching to the beta.
