Hey folks!I'm here to announce that Shelldiver's demo is participating on Steam Next Fest this October.We are hard at work to have the full release of Shelldiver later this year, but until then you are free to play our demo, with access to the first 3 regions of the game, as well as over 30 different upgrades, so you can already go shell-deep into diving.And you can join our Discord and share your feedback and suggestions. Localisation and the future of Idle Idle

Japanese, German, French and Brazilian Portuguese have been added to Cauldron!

Hi Everyone!The language update is now out, with Japanese, German, French or Brazilian Portuguese as new options! There are also a bunch of other updates and fixes in the patch.General Stuff:4 new languages! We now support French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Japanese!LOTS of performance optimizations. While working on the Switch port, I reworked a ton of code, especially around drawing. So let me know if this new version is working better for you! Everything has been tweaked, essentially. Menus should be faster, battles that were slower because of all the damage numbers popping up should be faster, minigames, dialogue, EVERYTHING!Endgame Balance: (to make those last achievements a bit easier)Enemies with Vengeful Blast have their explosion damage capped at 100/50 for frontline/backline heroes.Replaced the final ice game meta-upgrade with a more GPU friendly one, so it shouldn’t cause as much slowdown (and should be much easier to get to +99 ice level)Mining game diamonds are now worth 750 instead of 500. This increases the meta-upgrade bonus mode diamond mult from +5% to +7.5%Apple game targets now add 5% to score instead of 4%.Henry the Octopus now gives a 6% bonus instead of 5%.Cart game blorbs now start at +2% bonus instead of +1%.Not really endgame, but Idle mode's collection box is now faster, so it shouldn't be as much of a slog.(NOTE: to see some of these changes in your current saves, refund your skill trees!)Misc Fixes: (this isn't an exhaustive list, just some stuff I can remember!)Blinkie’s collision box in the ice game should work correctly now, so she can squeeze through tight gaps.Enemies no longer get the goddess bow item in battles, since it’s useless for them.Fixed the Special Draught unlock requirements: having x number of heroes at level y in the cart gameThanks for playing!Pete

Trade-up Contracts!

We've been hard at work the last few weeks building the new trade-up system, allowing you to convert lower tier coconuts into cases for a chance to open something better! Currently, one basic case can granted in exchange for any of the following: - 10 common - 6 uncommon - 4 rare - 2 epic - 1 legendary (why would you do this anyway!) This update adds a lot of new things in the backend, please reach out or leave a comment if you experience any issues or bugs! Some additional minor changes include: - Add a button to conveniently access the community market from in-game - Fix interface icon sizes to reduce game-file size, memory footprint, and improve visibility at small resolutions - Change (slightly) how the game handles new items, hopefully this resolves the (rare) bug where after opening a case it still appears in the users inventory, and would cause a crash if you tried to open it a second time. ISN Updates: Where's Arynnia, Milestone Program, Unity Vulnerability

So, quite a lot has happened. I ended up with a computer rebuild that borked things, then in a move, and now there's a Unity issue to talk about. So, let's talk about all of it. Where's Arynnia? Long story short, my ability to release new versions of *Idle Space Navy* got compromised when my computer failed and I had to move to much different hardware. I was not able to get my signing certificate at the time to move onto the new computer, which left me unable to release new code-signed versions of Idle Space Navy - thereby hamstringing the Milestone Program and preventing further releases. I'm now in the middle of a move, but once that's done, things will hopefully stabilize, so we'll see where things can go. I'm hoping to resume development by the end of the year and am targeting version 1.00 for 2027 - I'll update the Early Access information in the coming hours to days. Will the Milestone Program be reopening? Given that some of the people who were in the original Milestone Program are no longer present in the Phoenix Aura Discord (join if you want to at this link), I will likely be reopening the Milestone Program to new testers once development resumes. The best place to find out about this will be the Aura Discord, but I will make an announcement here as well. Unity Vulnerability: What Does It Mean for Idle Space Navy? As of now, there's no evidence that this vulnerability has been exploited, but here's what you should know. What is this vulnerability capable of?
