Hello, interns.I’ve been reading your feedback around Phase 3, especially from players who spent hours building automation setups only to have their production lines heavily damaged by the scripted event. That was frustrating, and I get it.A fix is now live. The event has been removed. The Maw still hungers. The workplace is still unsafe. But your factory should no longer be punished for being a factory.Thank you to everyone who reported this, left feedback, or explained clearly where the frustration was coming from. It helped me identify the problem quickly and get a fix out. Please keep sharing your thoughts!Back to work.- Froke
Small update focused on the leaderboards and on making text readable on Steam Deck. Leaderboard changes: your rank in the bottom left now updates while you play (it used to stay stuck on whatever it was when you launched the game) your rank bounces and flashes green when you climb, red when you drop ranks 1, 2 and 3 are now painted gold, silver and bronze, both in the leaderboard and on your own badge the leaderboard now opens on your position instead of the top of the board loading is now a single step instead of two, so it no longer flickers while it fills in the "me" button now says TOP when pressing it will take you to the top of the board Readability (Steam Deck): the settings, stats and credits buttons now resize to fit the language you are playing in, instead of shrinking the text until it is unreadable the dice tier names in the buy bar are bigger the highscore labels are shorter so they fit properly in every language And some fixes: fixed the settings menu closing when clicking any option during a window mode change cooldown the cooldown indicator now also shows on the resolution options fixed two settings (leaderboard refreshing and individual dice results) swapping places every time you restarted the game fixed the scientific notation setting not being saved between sessions That's the update, hope you enjoy it. If you find any issues or think of any QoL, I'm all ears.

Hi, I’ve received feedback from some players about cursor lag and significant performance drops. This is related to GameMaker, the game engine I used to develop Pachinko Farm. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this.In most cases, the issue is caused by your computer selecting the secondary GPU instead of your high-performance GPU. If you follow the solution I’ve provided below, it most likely resolve the problem.

Hubs with friends The hub is no longer somewhere you walk around alone. Host one, invite your Steam friends, and the village fills up. https://cozycoast.website/press/li-5-hub.png Fish together Host a hub and invite friends straight from Steam, or browse the open hubs and join one. Everyone walks the same village and sees each other move. Fishing at your own dock shows up in there too: your friends see you standing on the pier. Friends see the outfit you are wearing. {INSERT li-6-together.png} Say something Hover your character in the hub for a wheel of four emotes. Everyone in the hub sees them pop over your head. Your hub, your rules See who is in your hub in the list at the top left. Kick someone out of the room, or ban them so they cannot come back. Lift a ban whenever you like, from the Bans tab of the Connection panel. When a hub closes, everyone lands back at their own dock and picks the rod straight back up. Also in this update Your outfit and your aura now follow you between the widget and the hub. The menu labels no longer hide behind the game. The hub runs its own day and night cycle, so the village darkens with the coast. Worth knowing The buildings in the hub are still placeholders. Each one tells you what is coming to it. Nothing is earned in the hub. Coins are tied to fish caught at your rod, and the offline payout still only counts time with the game closed. Multiplayer needs both players on this version. Older builds are shown in the browser but cannot be joined, and they will say which side needs to update. This is new and lightly tested. If it breaks, tell us. Full notes, and everything that came before, are in the Changelog tab in Settings.

Day Two Patch Notes – Build 0.738 Today’s update focuses on party behavior, ability usage, exploration, navigation, equipment reliability, and presentation. Party Movement and Exploration - Improved party movement around trees, mining nodes, buildings, and other dense scenery. - Reduced navigation stalls and performance drops in crowded gathering areas. - Party members are less likely to block one another, spin in place, zigzag across each other’s paths, or repeatedly reverse direction. - A character who is genuinely trapped behind another party member can now temporarily move through that teammate to escape the blockage. - Improved formation courtesy so companions make room for the party member actively leading the route. - Companions now resume travel from their current location instead of returning to an outdated position from before a fight, gathering job, revive, chest, or pickup. - Idle companions behave more naturally around woodcutting, mining, harvesting, skinning, looting, chests, healing, reviving, resting, and other field activities. - Improved exploration decisions so parties favor undiscovered territory and are less likely to immediately backtrack over recently explored routes. - Fixed returning enemies occasionally retaining an invalid target while moving back toward their territory. - Enemies returning home can now properly re-engage when both they and the party are still inside the encounter’s valid area. Abilities and Combat AI - Fixed ability tooltips occasionally displaying information from the wrong ability. - Improved autonomous ability selection across tanks, healers, melee fighters, ranged fighters, and support characters. - Characters now compare abilities from both weapon sets before deciding what they can cast. - Improved Frost Ring usage and movement into a legal casting position. - Improved group-healing decisions so Circle of Mending and Mender’s Lumen are chosen according to the party’s actual injuries. - Healers contribute offensive a...
Hi everyone.Thank you for playing Taskbar Looters. It's a simple game to play, but it turned out to be a properly demanding one to build. I hope the looters have been good company while you got on with whatever else was on your screen.Since then I've been building a new incremental RPG: Little Critter Hunters. You rotate three heroes into the field and wipe out every little critter within 15 seconds. The free demo is out now. Give it one quick run, and a wishlist or a line of feedback would help more than you'd think. Thanks!
Hi everyone. It's been a while since I last touched Taskbar Looters. This update is mostly a fix pass. The new addition is Steam achievements; the rest is reported problems getting fixed. New Added 35 Steam achievements. They apply retroactively to existing saves Balance Cut the time it takes to reach the late game considerably Smoothed out tier times that used to jump around, so they now climb in order Adjusted chest spawn weights — cleaned up stretches where new chests barely appeared Adjusted tier thresholds — entering a tier now means you can hire its animal right away The first few chests in a new save now spawn near a pet Adjusted some pets' attack values to match the behavior fixes below Existing saves lose nothing, and difficulty never moves backward Windows & Taskbar Taskbar interference removed — the game pulled its windows to the front and flashed the taskbar every time a chest spawned. All of it is gone and it is not coming back Clicking a pet no longer takes focus from what you're working in Fixed pets freezing and ignoring clicks when you toggle a monitor Fixed the home window following your cursor after release on a differently scaled monitor Fixed the monitor-switch number being off — the monitor you launched on is 1 Bug Fixes Fixed stats that you paid Stars for but that never actually increased. Move Speed was broken on every pet; Attack and Attack Speed on some. Stars you already spent are stored as levels and apply in one go when you log in Fixed the critical bug where high-level damage turned negative and healed chests instead — applied to all pets Fixed pets that fly up to air chests being unable to open one on their own Fixed the pet meant to strike by passing through a chest sticking to it in place Fixed pets biting at unreachable air chests from the ground Fixed pets clipping into chests or swinging at empty air — strike positioning rebuilt on every pet Fixed pets overlapping each other when crowding the same chest Fixed the attacking pet bei...

Hey all! Robert here from FrostyVoid Games and today I wanted to share with you our roadmap on getting to 1.0. With our release just a few days away (August 21, 2026), it's important to me that we communicate the goals for early access. Too many games push themselves into early access without much of a plan, and I'm not a big fan of that. Early access should be for games that are complete enough that they are enjoyable and are just missing those finishing touches, usually content, to make it a truly grand experience. So today, I'm unveiling the curtain on what you can expect from Clickbait Tycoon over the next 6-12 months as we make improvements to the game to create an incredible incremental experience. Please note that timelines will almost certainly shift. The goals in mind are to get to 1.0 within 6 months of our early access launch, however, as with all projects, timelines are almost never followed perfectly.Game Update PhilosophyPatch numbers matter. They convey to a user the importance of an update. While we're in early access, the second number of our patches (like the 5 in 0.5.0) indicates a major update and the third number is being used for minor updates, typically bug fixes. This will change once we get into the full release where major updates are going to use the first number.Major updates are updates which will primarily contain new systems.Minor updates will contain everything else which is bug fixes, content, and events.Once we move into the full release of Clickbait Tycoon, you can expect the following:Major updates for new systems.Minor updates for content additions.Patch updates for bug fixes.During early access, we will be shipping out game updates fairly frequently to address bugs, instead of waiting to fix many bugs and pushing out one single patch, you can expect multiple, smaller patches. I'd prefer that we deliver updates to you as quickly as we can.During the full launch, we will be moving to a slightly more stable approach to game updates,...
Guilds of Mountgate – Update v0.3.0.9Greetings Adventurers,v0.3.0.9 is now live! This update brings another round of new content to Vellgar, with Stonebridge receiving its own new quests and Beer Brewing joining the growing list of production systems.Alongside the new content, we've also worked through several progression and gameplay issues – including Tool durability, Banking, Statistics, Composting, and a few particularly stubborn UI problems. New Quests in StonebridgeStonebridge has received a new set of quests! As with the quest additions to previous settlements, these are intended to give the city more of its own identity while providing additional reasons to interact with its inhabitants, locations, and local activities. This also continues our ongoing work of filling the existing world with more meaningful content before expanding further into Vellgar. Beer Brewing Has ArrivedYou can now brew Beer! The first additions include Riverstone Hops and Mason Ale, a simple everyday beer intended more for the working population of Vellgar than the shelves of some prestigious wine cellar.Beer Brewing provides another use for agricultural resources and lays the groundwork for additional drinks and brewing progression in future updates. More Mysticism & ProductionMysticism has received new Weak and Strong Herbicide recipes, providing another practical use for the skill alongside its existing potions, salves, and enchantments. The Kiln now also produces Ash as a byproduct, further connecting existing production systems and giving another useful resource a more natural source within the world. Better Tool ProgressionAn issue with Tool progression has been corrected.Higher-tier Tools could previously suffer disproportionately high durability loss when used on much lower-tier resources. Their durability behavior should now scale more sensibly, making upgrading your equipment feel like an actual improvement rather than occasionally becoming a disadvantage. Statistics & EconomyCur...

Hello Adventurers and Guildmembers!Just making another patch notes post for those who may not be reading the Update Log in game, and for those who do not own the game so they can get an idea of the kinds of improvements that have been incoming. :)Many of these improvements are the result of suggestions and discussions in the Discord. If you have feedback, ideas, or really think a certain Quality of Life feature would be useful, please do join and let me know. I'm in the Discord every day, and the community in there is the absolute best.Discord: Journeybound Official DiscordIf you've kept an eye on the Discord or regularly read the Update Log notes from the main menu, you will have seen these already. Be warned! Some may contain minor spoilers or hint at content later in the game. 2026-08-19 - Added search bars to the Bestiary, Tidecraft Log, and Wyldcraft Log. Type an enemy name, zone name, or item name to instantly find where something comes from. Search only matches things you have already discovered, so no spoilers. - Key items found through random drops now have bad luck protection. If you go well past the average number of attempts without finding one, your odds quietly climb until the item is guaranteed. No more nightmare dry streaks on quest discoveries. - Fixed a bug where quest-unlocked gathering and processing actions would not automatically resume when you loaded your save. Your character will now pick the action back up, exactly as it was running when you saved. - Driftroot was in far higher demand than its supply allowed, since it is the herb behind four different Greater brews. Driftroot Seeds now drop from two B-Rank enemies, and Driftroot itself drops from two more. - Perfect Luminael and Perfect Voidmote were dropping more frequently than intended from a mid-game gem rock, and are now exclusive to the last, endgame deposit. Recipes involving either have been appropriately updated, with Perfect Voidmote also becoming a required material for two endga...

New skill: Construction Construction is the twentieth skill. You build furniture for your Holding, the plot of land beside your character, and the building itself is the reward: no item is minted, the experience is the product. It is also the first real use planks have ever had, alongside two new Smithing products, nails and gold leaf, Fifty repeatable pieces run from an oak chair at level 1 to an elder throne at 99, in six wood tiers, and each one assembles on screen stage by stage as you work. Bigger pieces take longer and cost more, but every piece in a tier earns at the same rate, so what you build is a matter of taste and pacing rather than efficiency. The Holding's permanent works Thirteen one-time builds are the reason to keep going. They are large projects, hundreds of inputs each, and they change how the rest of the game plays. Restoration Spring, four tiers: every kill restores a quarter, then half, then three quarters, then all of your health. The altar, three tiers: kills give back more prayer points, and buried bones earn more Prayer experience. Steadfast Ward, three tiers: stat-draining attacks sap you more slowly, then less deeply, then a kill clears the drain outright. Pantry: keep a second food equipped. Superior Garden, two tiers: opens a ninth and tenth farm patch. New skill: Slayer Slayer is the twenty-first skill. Three task masters, Brann, Vex and Karst, each hand out assignments matched to what you can handle, and you earn Slayer points for finishing them. Points buy the gear that makes the harder assignments possible. Six creatures arrive with it, and each one has a counter you are meant to bring: Banshee: without waxen earplugs its scream drains your stats far faster than you can fight through. Basilisk: meet its gaze without a mirror charm and it does the same. Dust devil: reinforced goggles, or you fight all but blind and it hits far harder. Ravager: only a marrow blade or staff marks it, or broadhead arrows if you fight at range. Anything...
