Dear Plant Parents,Our Summer Update is here: Plushies now can wear hats! Just a bit of silly fun for summer. Collect all 33 hats and mix and match for accessory madness. Find hats at the Plushie Kiosk. This update is for the base game, no DLCs required! Hat inventory can be found in the journal at the end of the Plushie section.AdjustmentsMany of you have asked, and now we have added OWNED and NOT OWNED buttons to the right of the filter field on the top of the journal. Added fast forward and rewind buttons to journal. Now you can jump to the end or jump to the front of the journal for easier access. We now have a link to our FAQ page in settings. There's been some confusion on how to get the terrariums and how to use the storage units. Hopefully this helps! Limited magical butterflies to 15. Be sure to click on them to collect coins and then more will pay a visit! As always, thank you for your ongoing support and reviews. It's hard for a small team to get visibility and we love you all. Wow guys, what a wonderful response to Desk Space! We passed 1,500 wishlists which is awesome, THANK YOU so much everyone! I've gotten some feedback that performance can chug as you buy more ships and your network grows. This is something I will continually work to improve, but here are some quick fixes: UI Refresh Rate & Garbage Collection: Instead of updating every single frame, UI calculations are now on a throttled timer. This should be the same to the eye, but offers 90% less overhead and eliminates random stutters (especially when switching application windows).Pathlines Optimization: Changed the math behind how flight paths are drawn, utilizing the GPU instead of the CPU. This should be way more efficient while keeping the same visual look. Pathlines are often the biggest performance bottleneck, especially when zoomed in on a base with many ships. It also avoids drawing them entirely if they are off-screen.Better Frustum Culling: The engine now checks more aggressively if ships are on-screen, skipping rendering effects, engine flares, and trails for any ships that are out of view. Background Memory Leak Fix: Capped popup numbers to prevent memory leaks and stutters when the game is left running in background browser tabs or minimized.Ship Label Toggle: You can now disable ship labels globally for a solid performance boost. You can find this toggle in the settings menu.Low Graphics Toggle: Disables nebulae background rendering, ship trails, and cargo load particles. You can toggle this in the settings menu.Other Additions: Settings Button: Some people didn't realize you could press Escape to open the settings, so I added a dedicated button directly on the UI.Exit Button: There is now a dedicated "Exit Game" button in the settings menu... no more Alt+F4!Consistent UI Zoom: Fixed an issue where the UI scale differed depending on whether the window was pinned or not. They are now completely consistent.I've also gotten a lot of good feedback on balancing, pace and ...
Optimized the icon marking for unlearned skill tomes.Added event items filter to inventory category tabs.Locked event items can now be used directly.

Two major new mechanics added to Single Player These are toggleable settings during world generation as well. 1) Transfer Ship Garrison A popular community request, you can now transfer your ships to a new colony or outpost via the star map action screen. 2) Fog of War - With this setting enabled, on game start, you only have a small area of visibility around your starting colony - Upgrade your radar to increase it's visibility radius - New outposts and colonies grant a visibility radius - You can station ships in the fog of war to gain visibility (this is a new 'send fleet' action from the star map) - Your radar will show you any stationed ships in your visibility zone - Fleet movements will only show up if they are inside your visibility zone, otherwise you will not be aware of them - Stationed ships can be attacked - If you attempt to station a ship on an enemy colony or outpost in the fog of war the mission will resolve as an attack - This also allows you to station defensive fleets on high profile locations to deter colonizers, so they will need to clear the area before colonising the tile Full credit to @ClassyMushroom for this idea THESE FEATURES ARE NOT BEING IMPLEMENTED IN MULTIPLAYER FOR NOW. After single player testing, we can put up a vote in discord for whether to implement these for the 4th server or not. Other Gameplay Changes - Reinforcing defenders now receive participation credit when their ships contribute - Defensive stats, kill credit, Veil shard rewards, and flagship defense points are distributed by contribution instead of only to the attacked base owner

Avatar upload includes a drag-to-pan, scroll-to-zoom crop tool Employee Rules modal now accessible from both the roster header gear button and the Scout stock filter row Sell delay slider in Employee Rules (Flipper section) - new cards must age for 0-5 minutes before the Flipper is allowed to sell them Store stock cards show a live countdown badge when a sell delay is active and the Flipper would otherwise sell the card Store stock cards show a lock icon when the Flipper's rules permanently exclude them (variant, rarity, or price restriction) Store stock sort, variant filter, and pagination settings now persist across tab changes Recent sort toggle added to the store stock filter row - sits to the right of the divider and stacks with the active primary sort as a tiebreaker; primary sort buttons are now deselectable (no selection = sort by most recently acquired by default) Inventory Replaced bundle mode with a two-button Sell All control - a main button to execute and a gear button to configure rules Sell All rules let you set min/max value thresholds and exclude specific variants, rarities, or card status (raw/graded) from being sold When no rules are saved both buttons open the config modal; the config modal includes a review step showing matched card count and estimated profit b...

First, thank you to everyone who filled out the survey or left a comment these past few days. "Cute art," "really polished," "I'd never played anything like it and still got hooked" — we read every one of those, and they meant a lot. A few questions came up again and again, so we want to talk them through properly, especially the biggest misunderstanding. Q1 — Do I really have to keep clicking? This doesn't feel like an idle game. This is the big one, and it comes down to the demo only showing the very first slice of the game. Clicking is just how you get started. Once you recruit a worker, they do the job on their own — farmers plant, water and harvest, woodcutters chop and haul, fishermen fish, miners mine, chefs cook. Your part is deciding what to grow, what to build, and where to expand next. And the five trades aren't separate little machines — they feed into each other. A fisherman doesn't just pull up fish: there's seaweed that becomes animal feed, byproducts used in farm crafting, even odd bits you can patch into footwear that actually speeds your villagers up. The fish go to the chef, who turns them into work meals that buff your villagers, or into dishes you sell. A miner brings up far more than stone — metals, rarer ores, even gems — which get refined and worked into better tools and gear. Everyone's output becomes someone else's raw material. The demo only opens the first island, and the first bridge can't be repaired yet, so you can only form the smallest loop — Farmer + Woodcutter + Fisherman. The Miner and the abandoned mine sit just past the demo's edge, which is exactly why some of you came away thinking "stone can only be mined by hand." In the full game, once you repair the mine and a miner arrives, the ore is gathered automatically. As for animal products, a lot of people assume there's some kind of shepherd collecting them for you. There isn't. You tame wild animals with feed, move them into an Animal Pen, and once they've grown they produce on t...

To all cat lovers, Thank you so much for your patience. With today's update, Sill Cats finally supports Steam Achievements. A variety of achievements will unlock based on things like the time you spend caring for your cats, so we hope you enjoy them. We also have one apology to make. Sill Cats did not originally support Steam Achievements. Because of this, your activity and your cats' behavior from before this update have not been recorded. The data needed to unlock achievements will only begin accumulating after this update is applied to your copy of Sill Cats. We are truly sorry that the time you have already spent with your cats in Sill Cats—over a month for some of you—will not be reflected in your achievements. If you're willing, we hope you'll start making new memories with your cats again from today. We plan to keep adding more achievements little by little going forward. Depending on the achievement, some may only begin counting from the moment the new achievement is implemented, so we ask for your kind understanding. If you have requests like "please add an achievement like this!", feel free to post them on our Community Hub (discussion board). Thank you for your continued support of Sill Cats.
This is our first official broadcast event for Fruitbearer on Steam. We hope you like the streamers showing off the game and we continue to build a great community. See you all in the next post
